Claims (2)
- 流体が流動する第1流動管と第2流動管とを接続する高水圧用カプラー装置であって、
内部に前記流体の流動する第1貫通ホールが形成され、前記第1貫通ホールの一側が第1流動管の末端に結合される第1結合部材と、
内部に前記流体の流動する第2貫通ホールが形成され、前記第2貫通ホールの一側が第2流動管の末端に結合され、他側が前記第1結合部材の他側を挿入させる第2結合部材と、
前記第2結合部材の他側末端に形成され、相対的に大きい直径に形成される第2フランジと、
前記第1結合部材の他側末端が前記第2結合部材の内部に挿入された状態で、前記第1結合部材の他側で前記第2結合部材の第2フランジと対応するように相対的に大きい直径に形成される第1フランジと、
前記第1結合部材及び前記第2結合部材を包むよう形成され、前記第1フランジおよび第2フランジを包む部位の一側を包み込む第1固定部材と、前記第1フランジおよび第2フランジを包む部位の他側を包み込む第2固定部材とで分離されて形成される固定部材と、
前記固定部材の外周面の少なくとも一部を包むように形成される弾性部材と、
前記第2結合部材の内側段部面に接する前記第1結合部材の他側端部面に陥没して形成された溝に嵌め込まれ、前記第2結合部材の内部に挿入され、前記第1貫通ホールの内径と同一の内径を有するシーリング部と
を含んでなる、高水圧用カプラー装置。 - 前記弾性部材は、前記固定部材の外周面を包むスプリングの形状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高水圧用カプラー装置。
