Claims (12)
- アンテナ側端子と送信側端子との間に接続された直列腕回路と、前記アンテナ側端子と前記送信側端子とを結ぶ経路上のノードとグランドとの間に接続され、少なくとも1以上の並列腕共振子を含む並列腕回路と、を有するラダー型共振回路と、
前記ラダー型共振回路と前記送信側端子との間に接続されたノードと、グランドとの間に接続された第1減衰回路と、
前記並列腕回路における前記少なくとも1以上の並列腕共振子のうち少なくとも1つの第1並列腕共振子とグランドとに接続されており、前記第1並列腕共振子に直列接続された第2減衰回路と、を備え、
前記第1減衰回路は、
第2並列腕共振子と、
前記第2並列腕共振子と前記ノードとを導通した第1状態と、オープンである第2状態と、を切り替える第1スイッチと、を有し、
前記第2減衰回路は、
キャパシタと、
前記キャパシタと前記第1並列腕共振子とを導通した第1状態と、前記第1並列腕共振子とグランドとを導通した第2状態と、を切り替える第2スイッチと、を有し、
前記第1スイッチが第1状態の場合、前記第2スイッチが第1状態であり、
前記第1スイッチが第2状態の場合、前記第2スイッチが第2状態である、
周波数可変フィルタ。 - 前記少なくとも1以上の並列腕共振器は、2以上である、
請求項1に記載の周波数可変フィルタ。 - 前記第2並列腕共振子は、第1の減衰極を形成し、
前記第1並列腕共振子と前記キャパシタは、第2の減衰極を形成し、
前記第2の減衰極は、前記第1の減衰極の周波数よりも前記第1状態の通信帯域に近い、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の周波数可変フィルタ。 - 前記第1減衰回路と前記ラダー型共振回路との間に接続された、インダクタを更に備えた、
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の周波数可変フィルタ。 - 前記インダクタは、前記ラダー型共振回路に直列接続されている、
請求項4に記載の周波数可変フィルタ。 - 前記インダクタは、前記周波数可変フィルタの通過帯域が前記第1状態で適用する通信バンドおよび第2状態で適用する通信バンドにおける通信帯域を含むように前記ラダー型共振回路の共振周波数を伸長する、
請求項4または請求項5に記載の周波数可変フィルタ。 - 前記周波数可変フィルタの通過帯域がスプリアス規制NS17の周波数帯域とスプリアス規制NS18の周波数帯域との間まで伸長されている、
請求項4乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の周波数可変フィルタ。 - 前記ラダー型共振回路は、縦結合共振子型フィルタが接続されており、
前記第1減衰回路は、前記縦結合共振子型フィルタと前記送信側端子との間の接続ノードに接続されている、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の周波数可変フィルタ。 - 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の周波数可変フィルタを、前記第1状態で適用する通信バンドと前記第2状態で適用する通信バンドの送信側フィルタとして備え、
該送信側フィルタに接続される送信側増幅回路をさらに備える、
RFフロントエンド回路。 - 前記第2状態で適用する通信バンドの受信信号および前記第1状態で適用する通信バンドの受信信号をフィルタ処理する受信側フィルタをさらに備え、
前記送信側フィルタと前記受信側フィルタとから分波回路が構成されている、
請求項9に記載のRFフロントエンド回路。 - 請求項10に記載のRFフロントエンド回路と、
前記受信側フィルタに接続される受信側増幅回路と、
前記送信側増幅回路と前記受信側増幅回路に接続されるRFICと、
を備える、通信端末。 - 前記RFICは、
外部からの通信バンド情報を用いて、前記第1減衰回路と前記第2減衰回路とに対して、前記第1スイッチと前記第2スイッチに対するスイッチ制御を行う、
請求項11に記載の通信端末。
