Claims (13)
- 管路壁(25,35)と、媒体、特に凍結するおそれがある媒体を通流させる内側の管路空間(26,36)とを備えた少なくとも1つの媒体管路(2,3)、特に加熱可能な媒体管路と、該媒体管路(2,3)の端部側に配置された少なくとも1つの接続部材(20,21,30,31)とを有しており、前記少なくとも1つの媒体管路(2,3)の前記管路壁(25,35)が、少なくとも2つの材料層(23,24,33,34)から成っている、組み立てられた媒体管路(1)であって、
前記少なくとも1つの媒体管路(2,3)の前記材料層(23,24,33,34)は、接着促進層として形成された中間層を介在することなしに結合されており、
前記接続部材(20,21,30,31)のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記管路壁(25,35)の前記材料層(23,24,33,34)のうちの少なくとも1つに素材結合式に結合されており、前記接続部材(20,21,30,31)の材料が、前記管路壁(25,35)のこの材料層(23,24,33,34)の材料に適合されており、前記接続部材(20,21,30,31)の前記材料は、前記管路壁(25,35)の、前記接続部材(20,21,30,31)の前記材料に接続されるまたは接続された少なくとも1つの前記材料層(23,33)の前記材料と、同じ材料クラスまたは類似の材料クラスに属しており、この場合、前記管路壁(25,35)の少なくとも1つの前記材料層(23,33)と前記接続部材(20,21,30,31)のための材料クラスの材料として、前記管路壁(25,35)の前記少なくとも1つの材料層(23,33)と前記接続部材(20,21,30,31)のために、耐高温性のポリアミド(PA HT)または通常温度ポリアミド(PA「標準」)またはポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS)またはポリフタルアミド(PPA)が使用され、若しくは、前記接続部材(20,21,30,31)のためにポリアミド(PA)と前記管路壁(25,35)の材料層(23,33)のためにポリアミド(PA)またはポリフタルアミド(PPA)が使用されており、前記媒体管路(2,3)の前記管路壁(25,35)の前記最も内側の材料層(24,34)の材料は、前記媒体管路(2,3)の前記管路壁(25,35)の前記最も外側の材料層(23,33)の材料よりも高い延性を有していることを特徴とする、組み立てられた媒体管路(1)。 - 素材結合式の結合を達成するために、前記接続部材(20,21,30,31)の材料は、少なくとも、前記媒体管路(2,3)の前記管路壁(25,35)の、機械的な安定性のために役立つ前記最も外側の材料層(23,33)の材料に適合されている、請求項1記載の組み立てられた媒体管路(1)。
- 前記管路壁(25,35)に少なくとも3つの材料層が設けられている場合に、前記接続部材(20,21,30,31)の材料は、最も内側の材料層および/または前記最も外側の材料層の材料に相当している、請求項2記載の組み立てられた媒体管路(1)。
- 前記管路壁(25,35)の前記少なくとも1つの材料層(23,33)および前記接続部材(20,21,30,31)のための1つの材料クラスの材料として、前記管路壁のためのポリフタルアミド(PPA)および前記接続部材のための改質された、特にガラス繊維強化されたポリフタルアミド(PPA-GF)または前記管路壁のためのポリアミド-12(PA12)および前記接続部材のための改質された、特にガラス繊維強化されたポリアミド-12(PA12-GF)が用いられている、請求項1記載の組み立てられた媒体管路(1)。
- 前記媒体管路(2,3)の前記管路壁(25,35)の前記材料層(23,33)のうちの1つに前記接続部材(20,21,30,31)を結合する前記素材結合式の結合は、溶接結合、特にレーザ溶接または摩擦溶接による結合である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の組み立てられた媒体管路(1)。
- 前記媒体管路(2,3)の前記管路壁(25,35)の前記最も内側の材料層(24,34)の材料は、前記媒体管路(2,3)の前記管路壁(25,35)の前記最も外側の材料層(23,33)の材料よりも高い引張り延性を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の組み立てられた媒体管路(1)。
- 前記媒体管路(2,3)の前記管路壁(25,35)の前記最も内側の材料層(24,34)の材料は、前記媒体管路(2,3)の前記管路壁(25,35)の前記最も外側の材料層(23,33)の材料よりも、10〜30%高い延性、特に高い引張り延性、特に20%高い延性を有している、請求項1記載の組み立てられた媒体管路(1)。
- 前記媒体管路(2,3)の前記管路壁(25,35)の前記最も外側の材料層(23,33)は、前記媒体管路(2,3)に機械的な強度を与える少なくとも1つの材料から成っていて、0.5〜4%、特に1.3%の引張り延性を有している、請求項6または7記載の組み立てられた媒体管路(1)。
- 前記媒体管路(2,3)の前記管路壁(25,35)の前記最も外側の材料層(23,33)は、少なくとも、前記最も内側の材料層(24,34)と同じ厚さ(S1)を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の組み立てられた媒体管路(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの媒体管路(2,3)の前記材料層(23,24,33,34)は、同時押出し成形されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の組み立てられた媒体管路(1)。
- 当該組み立てられた媒体管路(1)は、少なくとも2つの部分媒体管路(2,3)であって、該部分媒体管路(2,3)の間における少なくとも1つの分離箇所または接続箇所(21,30)と、該部分媒体管路(2,3)におけるそれぞれ2つの端部側の接続部材(20,21,30,31)とを備えた、少なくとも2つの部分媒体管路(2,3)、または、端部側の接続部材を備えた少なくとも2つの媒体管路部分とを有しており、少なくとも1つの前記部分媒体管路(2)または少なくとも1つの前記媒体管路部分の少なくとも1つの材料層(23,24)は、高温領域(8)に配置するために、耐高温性材料から成っており、特に、少なくとも3つの材料層では中間の層が、または2つの材料層では少なくとも前記外側の材料層(23)が、耐高温性材料から成っている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の組み立てられた媒体管路(1)。
- 接続部材が差込みコネクタである、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の組み立てられた媒体管路(1)。
- 前記外側の材料層(23,33)および前記内側の材料層(24,34)は、多層に形成されており、多層の前記外側の材料層(23,33)のそれぞれ少なくとも1つの層が、前記媒体管路(2,3)の機械的な安定性および熱に対する安定性のために役立ち、多層の前記内側の材料層(24,34)の少なくとも1つの層が、前記多層の外側の材料層(23,33)の前記少なくとも1つの外側の材料層または他の材料層のうちの1つよりも高い引張り延性または弾性的な伸び率を有している、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の組み立てられた媒体管路(1)。
