Claims (6)
- 中空形状をなす翼本体と、
前記翼本体の内部に設けられるキャビティと、
前記キャビティから前記翼本体の後端部に開口する腹側の壁面と背側の壁面により区画された冷却通路と、
を備え、
前記冷却通路は、
前記キャビティ側の冷却ピンを配置する領域に設けられて前記キャビティ側から前記翼本体の後端部に向けて腹側壁部と背側壁部との幅が狭くなる第1通路と、
前記第1通路の冷却空気の流れ方向下流端に連続し、前記翼本体の長手方向に沿って複数の柱が所定間隔を空けて設けられて、隣接する前記柱の対向する側面が前記冷却空気の流れ方向に沿う平面である流量調整機構が設けられて前記キャビティ側から前記翼本体の後端部に向けて前記腹側壁部と前記背側壁部との幅が一定な第2通路と、
一端部は前記第2通路の冷却空気の流れ方向下流端に連続し、他端部は前記翼本体の後端部に開口して前記キャビティ側から前記翼本体の後端部に向けて前記腹側壁部と前記背側壁部との幅が一定な第3通路と、
を有することを特徴とするタービン翼。 - 前記翼本体は、前記キャビティと外部とを連通する複数の冷却孔が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービン翼。
- 前記キャビティは、前記翼本体の内壁面から所定間隔を空けて複数の貫通孔を有する仕切板が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタービン翼。
- 空気を圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機が圧縮した圧縮空気と燃料を混合して燃焼する燃焼器と、
前記燃焼器が生成した燃焼ガスにより回転動力を得るタービンと、
を備え、
前記タービンの静翼として請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のタービン翼が用いられる、
ことを特徴とするガスタービン。 - 中空形状をなす翼本体と、
前記翼本体の内部に設けられるキャビティと、
前記キャビティから前記翼本体の後端部に開口する腹側の壁面と背側の壁面により区画された冷却通路と、
を備え、
前記冷却通路は、
前記キャビティ側の冷却ピンを配置する領域に設けられて前記キャビティ側から前記翼本体の後端部に向けて腹側壁部と背側壁部との幅が狭くなる第1通路と、
前記第1通路の冷却空気の流れ方向下流端に連続し、前記翼本体の長手方向に沿って複数の柱が所定間隔を空けて設けられて、隣接する前記柱の対向する側面が前記冷却空気の流れ方向に沿う平面である流量調整機構が設けられて前記キャビティ側から前記翼本体の後端部に向けて前記腹側壁部と前記背側壁部との幅が一定な第2通路と、
一端部は前記第2通路の冷却空気の流れ方向下流端に連続し、他端部は前記翼本体の後端部に開口して前記キャビティ側から前記翼本体の後端部に向けて前記腹側壁部と前記背側壁部との幅が一定な第3通路と、
を有することを特徴とするタービン翼の中間加工品。 - 請求項5に記載のタービン翼の中間加工品を鋳造により製作する工程と、
鋳造された前記中間加工品における前記翼本体の後端部を切削加工する工程と、
を有することを特徴とするタービン翼の製造方法。
