Claims (23)
- 繊維混合物を含む不織布を含む中綿であって、
前記繊維混合物が:
− 0.5〜6.5デニール及び18mm〜51mmの長さを有する合成繊維40〜95重量%と;
− 前記合成繊維の軟化温度よりも低い接着温度を有し、そして、1.0〜5.0デニール及び18mm〜71mmの長さを有する接着繊維5〜40重量%と;
を有し、
ここで、前記不織布が構造的に:
− 3.0〜8.0mmの平均直径をもつ複数の繊維球50〜95重量%と;

- 接着繊維が、鞘繊維と芯材とを含む複合繊維であり、ここで、前記鞘繊維は、前記芯材よりも低い融点を有する材料を含むものとする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の中綿。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の中綿を含む物品。
- アウターウェア製品、衣類、寝袋及び寝具類からなる群から選択される、請求項20に記載の物品。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の中綿の製造方法であって、
前記方法が:
− 繊維の混合工程であって、前記繊維が、
− 0.5〜6.5デニール及び18mm〜51mmの長さを有する合成繊維40〜95重量%と;
− 前記合成繊維の軟化温度よりも低い接着温度を有し、そして、1.0〜5.0デニール及び18mm〜71mmの長さを有する接着繊維5〜40重量%と;
を含むものとし、そして、それにより繊維混合物を形成するものとする、前記混合工程;− 前記繊維混合物から複数の繊維球を形成する工程;
− 前記繊維混合物から不織布を形成する工程であって、前記不織布が、
− 3.0〜8.0mmの平均直径をもつ複数の繊維球50〜95重量%と;
− 1つ以上の前記繊維球に隣接するが、それ自体は1つ以上の前記繊維球又はその任意の部分を含むことがない、複数の不織布部分5〜50重量%と;
を含む、前記不織布形成工程;並びに、
− 前記接着繊維の前記接着温度まで又はそれを超えるまで前記不織布を加熱する工程であって、それにより中綿を形成する前記加熱工程;
を含む、前記方法。 - エアレイドシステムを使用して不織布を形成する、請求項22に記載の方法。
