Description
本出願は、米国仮出願第62/026174号(2014年7月18日に出願)の優先権を主張するものであり、その全容が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
本発明は、呼吸中の気腫性嚢胞の大きさの制御を達成するための植込型装置に関する。この装置は、肺内への植込みのために、細長部材の各端部に少なくとも1つのアンカーを備える、固定長を有する細長部材を含む。
(1) 肺における気腫性嚢胞の大きさを制御するための植込型装置であって、
i.軸方向固定長を有する細長中央領域と、
ii.第1アンカーを備える第1端部と、
iii.第2アンカーを備える第2端部と、を備える、植込型装置。
(2) 前記中央領域は、形状が概ね円筒形である、実施態様1に記載の植込型装置。
(3) 前記中央領域が、中心軸に沿って実質的に真っ直ぐである、実施態様1に記載の植込型装置。
(4) 前記第1アンカーが、自己湾曲するアンカー領域を備え、力がない場合、前記第1アンカー領域が約30度〜約180度の曲率の程度に湾曲する、実施態様1に記載の植込型装置。
(5) 前記第2アンカーが、自己湾曲するアンカー領域を備え、力がない場合、前記第2アンカー領域が約30度〜約180度の曲率の程度に湾曲する、実施態様1に記載の植込型装置。
(7) 前記第2アンカーが、実質的に前記第1端部に向かう方向に延在するヒンジアームを備える、実施態様1に記載の植込型装置。
(8) 前記第1アンカー及び/又は前記第2アンカーの端部が非穿刺型である、実施態様1に記載の植込型装置。
(9) 前記第1アンカー及び/又は前記第2アンカーの端部が、フック、リング、ボール、楕円体、ディスク、又はタブを備える、実施態様1に記載の植込型装置。
(10) 前記第1アンカーが2ヶ所以上のアンカー領域を備える、実施態様1に記載の植込型装置。
(12) 実施態様1に記載の植込型装置と、配備装置と、を備える、アセンブリ。
(13) 前記配備装置がカテーテルを含む、実施態様12に記載のアセンブリ。

(20) 肺の病変領域内に植込型装置を送達する方法であって、
i.送達装置を前記肺内の標的部位に誘導する工程であって、前記標的部位が肺中の気腫性嚢胞であり、前記送達装置が、前記送達装置の遠位端内に圧縮された植込型装置を含み、前記植込型装置が、
(a)軸方向固定長を有する細長中央領域と、
(b)遠位展開可能なアンカーを備える遠位端と、
(c)近位展開可能なアンカーを備える近位端と、を備える、工程と、
ii.前記植込型装置の前記遠位端を前記送達装置から解放することにより、前記遠位展開可能なアンカーを前記標的部位内に展開する工程と、
iii.前記植込型装置を近位に引く工程であって、前記引く工程によって、前記遠位展開可能なアンカーに、前記標的部位において近位に組織を引かせる、工程と、
iv.前記植込型装置の前記近位端を前記送達装置から解放することにより、前記近位アンカーを前記標的部位内に展開する工程と、
v.前記植込型装置を前記送達装置から解放する工程と、を含む、方法。
Claims (16)
- 肺における気腫性嚢胞の大きさを制御するための植込型装置であって、
i.軸方向固定長を有する細長中央領域であって、植込み前、植込み中、及び植込み後に、実質的に真っ直ぐのままである細長中央領域と、
ii.第1アンカーを備える第1端部と、
iii.第2アンカーを備える第2端部と、を備える、植込型装置。 - 前記細長中央領域は、形状が概ね円筒形である、請求項1に記載の植込型装置。
