Claims (21)
- 患者の気道内へと挿入するための気管支内デバイスであって、
流通制御部材と;
気道内において拡径されたときには、気道の壁に対して係合し得るとともに気道内に前記気管支内デバイスを保持し得るアンカーと;
を具備し、
さらに、前記流通制御部材を支持するための中央支持構造を具備し、
前記中央支持構造が、前記流通制御部材と前記アンカーとの双方を支持するための支持部材を、支持しており、
前記中央支持構造には、係合部分が付設され、
この係合部分の駆動によって、前記アンカーを気道壁から解放し得るものとされていることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記係合部分の駆動によって、前記気管支内デバイスを圧潰し得るものとされていることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1または2記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記中央支持構造が、チューブ状部材を備えていることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記中央支持構造が、前記流通制御部材の基端側と先端側との双方において延在していることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記アンカーが、前記流通制御部材の基端側に延在していることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記アンカーが、前記流通制御部材の先端側に延在していることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記アンカーが、前記支持部材の延長部分を有し、
この延長部分が、前記気管支内デバイスが拡径されたときには、気道壁を穿孔し得るものとされていることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項7記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記アンカーが、気道壁の穿孔を制限し得る係止部を備えていることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記アンカーが、前記流通制御部材上に支持されていることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記アンカーが、前記流通制御部材を貫通して突出していることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記流通制御部材が、基端部と先端部とを備え、
前記先端部が、前記中央支持構造上に支持されていることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記流通制御部材が、前記気管支内デバイスが気道内に埋設された際には、エア流通と粘膜繊毛輸送との一方または双方を制限するための手段を備えていることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記流通制御部材が、一方向バルブを備え、
この一方向バルブが、使用時には、ある向きに関する流体流通を許容しかつその向きとは逆向きに関する流体流通を禁止することを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記流通制御部材が、エア流通に関して不透過性とされたフレキシブルメンブランを備えていることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記流通制御部材が、半透過性メンブランを備えていることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記アンカーが、気道から前記気管支内デバイスを取り外し得るよう、着脱可能なものとされていることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記流通制御部材が、ベース部を有した全体的に円錐形状のものとされ、
前記ベース部が、全体的に円形とされているとともに、気道壁に対して当接し得る周縁部を有していることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記流通制御部材が、側壁によって形成された全体的に円筒形状のものとされ、
前記側壁が、気道壁に対して当接し得るものとされていることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 肺の対象部位に対して気管支内デバイスを設置するためのシステムであって、
搬送用カテーテルと;
請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載されかつ埋設可能とされた前記気管支内デバイスと;
を具備していることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記アンカーが、前記中央支持構造に対して90°という角度を形成していることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。 - 請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の気管支内デバイスにおいて、
前記アンカーが、複数の折曲箇所を有していることを特徴とする気管支内デバイス。
