Description
本出願は、2016年6月22日付韓国特許出願第10-2016-0078225号、及び2017年5月26日付韓国特許出願第10-2017-0065542に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。
5L反応器に、メチルメタクリレート97.5wt%及びメチルアクリレート2.5wt%の単量体混合物1000gを入れ、蒸留水2000g、5%ポリビニルアルコール溶液8.4g(POVAL PVA217、kuraray社製)、及び分散助力剤としてほう酸0.1gを投入して溶解した。ここに、鎖移動剤としてn-オクチルメルカプタン2.5g、重合開始剤として2,2’-アゾビスイソブチロニトリル1.5gを投入して400rpmで攪拌しながら水相に分散させて懸濁液を製造した。80℃に昇温して90分間重合させた後、30℃で冷却させた。得られたビードを蒸留水で洗浄及び脱水した後に乾燥してポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂を製造した。
MD方向に1.8倍及びTD方向に3.0倍に2軸延伸することを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法で光学用フィルムを製造した。
Tg+20℃である135℃でMD方向に1.8倍及びTD方向に2.5倍に2軸延伸することを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法で光学用フィルムを製造した。

Tg+5℃である120℃でMD方向に2.2倍及びTD方向に2.2倍に2軸延伸することを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法で光学用フィルムを製造した。
Tgである115℃でMD方向に2.2倍及びTD方向に2.2倍に2軸延伸することを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法で光学用フィルムを製造した。
5L反応器に、メチルメタクリレート95wt%及びメチルアクリレート5wt%の単量体混合物1000gを入れ、蒸留水2000g、5%ポリビニルアルコール溶液8.4g(POVAL PVA217、kuraray社製)、及び分散助力剤としてほう酸0.1gを投入して溶解した。ここに、鎖移動剤としてn-オクチルメルカプタン2.5g、重合開始剤として2,2’-アゾビスイソブチロニトリル1.5gを投入して400rpmで攪拌しながら水相に分散させて懸濁液を製造した。80℃に昇温して90分間の重合させた後、30℃で冷却させた。得られたビードを蒸留水で洗浄及び脱水した後に乾燥してポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂を製造した。
前記実施例及び比較例で製造した光学用フィルムを用いて下記のように物性を測定した。
Claims (7)
- ポリメチルメタクリレートからなる光学用フィルムであって、
前記ポリメチルメタクリレートは、メチルアクリレート単量体を1〜5重量%含み、環構造の単量体を含まず、
前記ポリメチルメタクリレートの重量平均分子量は、120,000〜160,000であり、
前記ポリメチルメタクリレートのガラス転移温度が、110℃〜120℃であり、
前記光学用フィルムに対して温度が増加することに応じて、MD方向及びTD方向に膨張後の収縮が始まる温度(TTS)が、それぞれ100℃〜120℃である、光学用フィルム。 - 前記MD方向のTTSとTD方向のTTSとの差が10℃以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学用フィルム。
- 前記ポリメチルメタクリレートのガラス転移温度と、前記MD方向のTTSとTD方向のTTSとの差が、それぞれ15℃以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学用フィルム。
- 前記光学用フィルムは、UV吸収剤を含み、波長380nmでのUV透過度値が0%超20%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学用フィルム。
- ポリメチルメタクリレートをMD方向に1.5倍〜2.5倍及びTD方向に1.5倍〜3.5倍の2軸延伸する段階を含み、
前記ポリメチルメタクリレートは、メチルアクリレート単量体を1〜5重量%含み、
前記ポリメチルメタクリレートの重量平均分子量は、120,000〜160,000であり、
前記ポリメチルメタクリレートのガラス転移温度が、110℃〜120℃であり、
前記延伸は、前記ポリメチルメタクリレートのガラス転移温度より10℃〜30℃高い温度で行う、
請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか一項の光学用フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記MD方向の延伸倍率とTD方向の延伸倍率との比(TD延伸倍率/MD延伸倍率)が、1.05以上1.70以下であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の光学用フィルムの製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか一項の光学用フィルムを含む、偏光板。
