Claims (10)
- 電解質を備える電解水を収容する水槽と、
前記水槽に配置されている容器を有し、水素酸素混合ガスを生成して前記電解水を電気分解する構成である前記電解装置と、
水素酸素混合ガスを循環させる循環配管を形成するために隣接した凝縮プレートの配管に接続される複数の配管を備え、前記電解装置で生成された水素酸素混合ガスを凝縮し、濾過された水素酸素混合ガスを生成するために水素酸素混合ガス内の電解質を濾過するように形成され、水素酸素混合ガスを受理するために前記電解装置に接続されている凝縮フィルターであり、前記濾過された電解質を前記水槽に還流する充填水を受理する構成である前記凝縮フィルターとを備え、
40〜60時間運転した後のガス発生装置が生成する水素酸素混合ガスの流量が120〜600L/時間であり、電解質の減少は5g以下となるガス発生装置。 - 前記濾過された水素酸素混合ガスを加湿するために、前記充填水を収容し、前記凝縮フィルターに接続された加湿装置と、
前記濾過された電解質が前記電解装置に還流されるように、前記充填水を前記水槽内の陰圧によって前記加湿装置から凝縮フィルターを通して前記水槽へ送るための陰圧を、水槽内に発生させる構成であるポンプ装置と、をさらに備える請求項1に記載のガス発生装置。 - 水槽に連結したガス排気口をさらに備えるガス発生装置であり、ポンプ装置が運転中のとき、前記水槽内のガスは、前記水槽の中に陰圧を発生させるためにガス排気口を通って送り出される請求項2に記載のガス発生装置。
- 加湿された水素酸素混合ガスを受容するために、前記加湿装置に接続されているガス排気口を有する霧化ガス混合槽であり、
前記霧化ガス混合槽は、健康に良いガスを生成するために、前記加湿された水素酸素混合ガスと混合した霧化ガスを生成し、前記霧化ガスは少なくとも水蒸気、霧化薬液、揮発性精製オイルまたはそれらの組み合わせの1つをさらに備える請求項3に記載のガス発生装置。 - 加湿装置は複数の孔を有する出口管を少なくとも1本さらに備え、前記濾過された水素酸素混合ガスは、加湿された前記水素酸素混合ガスを生成するために、前記加湿装置に受理され、出口管の複数の孔から送り出される請求項2に記載のガス発生装置。
- 前記凝縮フィルターは複数の配管を有する複数の前記凝縮プレートを備える請求項1に記載のガス発生装置。
- 前記凝縮フィルターの各配管は、水素酸素混合ガス内にある電解質を濾過するために活性炭素繊維に配置され、各活性炭素繊維は相互に分離された請求項6に記載のガス発生装置。
- 前記凝縮プレートの各配管はフィルター材料内に配置され、各フィルター材料は相互に分離しており、前記フィルター材料は、セラミック、石英、珪藻土、海泡石またはそれらの組み合わせを備える請求項6に記載のガス発生装置。
- 水素酸素混合ガスを生成して電解水を電気分解する構成である電解装置と、
濾過された前記水素酸素混合ガスを生成するために水素酸素混合ガス内の電解質を濾過するよう凝縮フィルターと、
濾過された水素酸素混合ガスを加湿するために充填水を収容する加湿装置で、濾過された前記電解質を前記電解装置に還流するために加湿装置から充填水を受理するように構成される前記凝縮フィルターを備え、
健康に良いガスを生成するために、霧化ガスを生成し、前記霧化ガスと前記加湿された水素酸素混合ガスを混合する霧化ガス混合槽と、
凝縮フィルターを通して充填水を前記電解装置に送り返すために、前記電解装置内に陰圧を発生させる構成であり、凝縮フィルターに吸着した電解質は電解装置に還流するポンプ装置と、を備えるガス発生装置。 - 加湿された水素酸素混合ガスを受容するために選択的に前記加湿装置に連結されており、前記霧化ガス混合槽は、前記健康に良いガスを生成するために、前記加湿された水素酸素混合ガスと混合した霧化ガスを生成し、前記霧化ガスは少なくとも水蒸気、霧化薬液、揮発性精製オイルまたはそれらの組み合わせを備える霧化ガス混合槽をさらに備える請求項2に記載のガス発生装置。
