Claims (18)
- 皮膚移植片を獲得するための装置において、前記装置が:
患者の皮膚の標的領域に配置されるように構成されハーベスターを具え、
前記ハーベスターが:
複数の開口部がそれぞれに形成されている複数のプレートであって、複数のプレートを積み重ねたときに、各プレートの複数の開口部が他のプレートの複数の開口部と整列するように前記複数の開口部が構成されている複数のプレートと;
前記複数のプレートの少なくとも1つに配置された複数の結合部材であって、少なくとも2つのプレートの間に壊れやすい連結を少なくとも1つ形成し、これにより、使用前に少なくとも2つのプレートの複数の開口部を整列させたまま維持する複数の連結部材と;を具え、
少なくとも1つの前記壊れやすい連結が、少なくとも2つのプレートの少なくとも一方に横方向の力をかけることにより壊れて、2つのプレートの相対的な移動が可能となるように構成され、
前記複数のプレートが、少なくとも1つの整列プレートと、少なくとも1つの切取プレートを具え、
前記少なくとも1つの整列プレートと前記少なくとも1つの切取プレートが、少なくとも1つの前記壊れやすい連結によって、互いに対して移動できるように連結されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記壊れやすい連結が、機械的なスタンプ、機械的なパンチ、溶接、エポキシ、接着剤、機械的圧縮、スナップフィット、さねはぎ、ポストと棒、壊れやすいピン、のうちの少なくとも1つを有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記複数のプレートのうちの少なくとも1つが、ほぼ均一な厚みを有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記複数のプレートが、底部プレート、中間プレート、および上部プレートを有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、少なくとも1つの前記壊れやすい連結が、前記中間プレートを、前記上部プレートおよび前記底部プレートの少なくとも一方に連結するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、少なくとも1つの前記壊れやすい連結が壊れたときに、前記中間プレートが、前記上部プレートおよび前記底部プレートの少なくとも一方に対して移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、前記中間プレートが、溝およびチャンネルのうちの少なくとも1つを有しており、当該溝またはチャンネルが、前記底部プレートから鉛直に延在しているピンを受けるように構成され、少なくとも1つの前記壊れやすい連結が壊れていないときは、前記ピンは前記溝またはチャンネルの一方の端部に受け入れられており、少なくとも1つの前記壊れやすい連結が壊れたときは、前記ピンが前記溝またはチャンネルの反対側の端部へと横方向に摺動するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、前記上部プレートが、放射線吸収材料およびフルオロポリマーの表面の少なくとも一方を有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、前記中間プレートが切取面を有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記ハーベスターが、負圧を前記患者の皮膚の標的領域に送達するように構成され、前記負圧が、前記患者の皮膚の少なくとも一部分を前記複数の開口部を通して引っ張ることによって、前記標的領域に少なくとも1つの皮膚の疱を形成するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置において、前記複数のプレートが、少なくとも1つの前記皮膚の疱を切り取るように構成された切取プレートを有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項11に記載の装置が、さらに、前記切取プレートを移動させて少なくとも1つの前記皮膚の疱を切り取るように構成されたアクチュエータを具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項12に記載の装置において、前記アクチュエータが、少なくとも1つの前記皮膚の疱を切り取ったときに、前記切取プレートを引っ込めるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置が、さらに、前記患者の皮膚の標的領域を加熱して、前記標的領域において少なくとも1つの皮膚の疱の形成を促進するように構成された熱源を具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項14に記載の装置において、前記熱源が電気抵抗型加熱素子であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項14に記載の装置が、さらに、前記標的領域の温度を測定するように構成された少なくとも1つの温度測定要素を具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置が、さらに、前記患者の皮膚の標的領域における視覚的な観察を提供する覗き窓を具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記ハーベスターがヘッドを具え、当該ヘッドが、a)前記患者の皮膚の標的領域に配置され、かつb)負圧を前記標的領域に送達する真空源に連結されるように構成されおり、前記ヘッドが、さらに、前記標的領域の上に配置されて真空源が起動したときに、負圧室が前記患者の皮膚の標的領域の上に形成されるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
