Description
Claims (14)
- 電子デバイス及び玩具構築要素を備える玩具構築システムであって、前記玩具構築要素は、立体構造体を形成するように該玩具構築要素を着脱可能に相互接続する結合部を有し、前記電子デバイスはタッチスクリーンを有し、該玩具構築システムは、少なくとも2つ以上の第1のタイプの玩具構築要素及び少なくとも1つの第2のタイプの玩具構築要素を備え、該第1のタイプの玩具構築要素のそれぞれは、1つ又は複数の他の前記第1及び/又は第2のタイプの玩具構築要素と相互接続可能であり、
前記第2のタイプの玩具構築要素は前記タッチスクリーンによって検出されないように構成され、前記第1のタイプの玩具構築要素は、前記タッチスクリーンによってそれぞれ検出されるように構成されており、また、1つ又は複数の玩具構築要素と相互接続されて立体構造体を形成したとき、前記タッチスクリーンによって認識可能なタッチポイントパターンを形成するように構成され、前記電子デバイスは、前記タッチポイントパターンを認識するとともに、認識された前記タッチポイントパターンに基づく1つ又は複数のエフェクト及び/又は応答を前記タッチスクリーン上に生成するように構成されているプロセッサを備え、前記プロセッサは、異なるタッチポイントパターンにそれぞれの機能が関連付けられている場合、前記検出されたタッチポイントパターンに応じた機能を実行するように構成されており、前記第1のタイプの玩具構築要素のそれぞれは、前記1つ又は複数の他の第1及び/又は第2のタイプの玩具構築要素と横方向に相互接続可能であることを特徴とする、玩具構築システム。 - 前記玩具構築要素には、結合スタッド及びスタッド受け凹部等の第1のタイプの結合部及び第2のタイプの結合部が設けられている、請求項1に記載の玩具構築システム。
- 前記第1のタイプの玩具構築要素のうちの少なくとも1つ又は複数は、導電性である、請求項1又は2に記載の玩具構築システム。
- 前記1つ又は複数の導電性玩具構築要素は、炭素繊維強化ポリマーで作製される、請求項3に記載の玩具構築システム。
- 前記第1のタイプの各玩具構築要素は、前記タッチスクリーンに係合したか又は前記タッチスクリーンに接近したときに前記タッチスクリーンによって検出されるように構成されている少なくとも1つのタッチポイントを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の玩具構築システム。
- 前記玩具構築要素は、2つ以上の前記タッチポイントが前記タッチポイントの共通平面に位置するよう相互接続されるように構成されている、請求項5に記載の玩具構築システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのタッチポイントのそれぞれは、前記第1のタイプの玩具構築要素の外面から延出する突出部の上面として形成され、前記突出部は、前記結合部とは形状及び/又はサイズが異なっており、例えば、前記突出部を前記結合部に接続することができないようになっている、請求項5又は6に記載の玩具構築システム。
- 各タッチポイントは、前記突出部の前記上面によって画定され、前記玩具構築要素は、前記タッチポイントが、前記タッチポイントの共通平面にある前記立体構造体の唯一の要素であるよう相互接続されて、前記立体構造体を形成するように構成されている、請求項7に記載の玩具構築システム。
- 各タッチポイントは、前記第1のタイプの玩具構築要素の外面から延出する突出部の上面として形成され、平滑な表面と、丸みのある外側リム/外縁部とを有する、請求項5又は6に記載の玩具構築システム。
- 前記第1のタイプの玩具構築要素のそれぞれは、前記タッチポイント以外の導電性表面領域を有し、該導電性表面領域は、導電経路によって前記タッチポイントに導電接続される、請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載の玩具構築システム。
- 前記玩具構築要素は、前記立体構造体の前記タッチポイント全てが規則格子の格子点上に配置されるよう相互接続されて、前記立体構造体を形成するように構成されている、請求項5〜10のいずれか1項に記載の玩具構築システム。
- 前記タッチポイントパターンは、可変タッチポイントパターンである、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の玩具構築システム。
- 前記玩具構築要素は射出成形される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の玩具構築システム。
- 前記玩具構築システムは、前記タッチスクリーンからの信号を受信し、該信号に基づくエフェクト、例えば光、音、動作を生成することができる入力コンポーネントを備える、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の玩具構築システム。
