Description
Claims (5)
- 型閉め状態時に、タイヤを成形するための閉空間を内部に形成するタイヤモールドであって、
タイヤ幅方向に離間して配置され、内面がタイヤのサイドウォール部に接する一対のサイドモールドと、
前記一対のサイドモールドの側方でタイヤ周方向に沿って環状に並列され、内面がタイヤのトレッド部に接する複数のトレッドモールドと、を備え、
前記サイドモールド及び前記トレッドモールドは、型閉め状態時に接し合う接部を備え、
前記サイドモールドは、前記内面から前記接部まで、前記内面に対して法線方向に延びる通気孔を備え、
前記サイドモールド及び前記トレッドモールドのうち一方は、型閉め状態時に前記通気孔と前記タイヤモールドの外部とを連通させる連通孔を備える、タイヤモールド。 - 前記連通孔は、前記トレッドモールドに備えられ、
前記通気孔は、前記サイドモールドの前記接部に、接部開口を備え、
前記連通孔は、前記トレッドモールドの前記接部に、型閉め状態時に前記接部開口と連通する連通開口を備え、
前記連通開口は、前記接部開口よりも大きく形成される、請求項1に記載のタイヤモールド。 - 前記サイドモールドの前記接部は、平坦状に形成され、且つ、前記トレッドモールドの前記接部よりも、硬く形成される、請求項2に記載のタイヤモールド。
- 前記連通孔は、前記トレッドモールドの前記接部に、前記連通開口から前記タイヤモールドの外部に向けて凹状に形成される連通凹部を備える、請求項2又は3に記載のタイヤモールド。
- 型閉め状態時に、タイヤを成形するための閉空間を内部に形成するタイヤモールドであって、
タイヤ幅方向に離間して配置され、内面がタイヤのサイドウォール部に接する一対のサイドモールドと、
前記一対のサイドモールドの側方でタイヤ周方向に沿って環状に並列され、内面がタイヤのトレッド部に接する複数のトレッドモールドと、を備え、
前記サイドモールド及び前記トレッドモールドは、型閉め状態時に接し合う接部を備え、
前記トレッドモールドは、前記内面から前記接部まで、前記内面に対して法線方向に延びる通気孔を備え、
前記サイドモールド及び前記トレッドモールドのうち一方は、型閉め状態時に前記通気孔と前記タイヤモールドの外部とを連通させる連通孔を備える、タイヤモールド。
