Description
一般的な気泡ポンプが実用的な水量を揚水できる高さは、吸水面から気泡ポンプの圧縮空気を注入する位置までの水深(以降“浸水深さ”と称呼)の50%以下程度の高さに揚程が制限され、残留水量も多くなり非常に使い勝手が悪い課題が有る。
該加圧水管6は槽底近くまで延伸し、180°エルボ8に接続して上方向に転向させて揚水管7の下方端に接続連通させ、該揚水管7の下辺には、給気ケース10を備えて給気管12の圧縮空気を揚水管7管壁に窄穴した給気ノズルbから揚水管7内に注入して次段の気泡ポンプを構成する。

Claims (2)
- 立設した揚水管に気体を注入して揚水する気泡ポンプを複数配設して揚水する多段気泡ポンプにおいて、前段気泡ポンプの吸水管又は揚水管と、並立する次段加圧水管の上方端間に、上方に排気筒を備えた気液分離箱を載置連通して気液を分離し、該分離揚水を、該気液分離箱の下辺に接続した次段加圧水管に導入して流下させ、下方端を前段の吸水管又は揚水管の下方端と同等高さまで延伸降下させた後、反転上昇させて次段気泡ポンプの吸水口に接続連通して、前段揚水管高さの水柱圧が次段気泡ポンプの吸水口に加わるようにして揚水し、各段共に前段気泡ポンプよりも大きな揚程を得るようにすると共に、前段側気泡ポンプの気液分離箱高さを上方に伸ばし、吸水位及び吸入力の変化に依る揚水量変化を緩和吸収しやすくした多段気泡ポンプ。
- 吸水域内に設置した前段気泡ポンプの気液分離箱に接続連通した加圧水管を、吸水域外の建物の階下、或いは、空井戸内等の前記吸水域内底面より低い位置に設けた、次段気泡ポンプの揚水管底に接続連通し、大きな揚程が得られるようにした請求項1の多段気泡ポンプ。
