Claims (10)
- 第1電極層、第2電極層、及び前記第1電極層と前記第2電極層との間のセパレータを含む電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体のエッジを取り囲み、可撓性を有するガスケットと、
前記ガスケットの第1面に付着された第1密封シートと、
前記第1面と反対面である前記ガスケットの第2面に付着された第2密封シートと、を含み、
前記ガスケットは、反り領域に凹凸パターンを含み、
前記反り領域の中心部に形成された前記凹凸パターンは、前記反り領域の外郭部に形成された前記凹凸パターンより稠密である可撓性二次電池。 - 前記凹凸パターンは、前記第1面、前記第2面、及び前記第1面と前記第2面とをつなぐ1対の側面のうち少なくともいずれか一つに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性二次電池。
- 前記反り領域において、前記ガスケットの厚み及び幅のうち少なくともいずれか一つは、前記電極組立体の長手方向に沿って変化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性二次電池。
- 前記ガスケットの平均厚は、前記電極組立体の厚みの80%ないし120%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可撓性二次電池。
- 前記凹凸パターンは、波状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性二次電池。
- 前記第1密封シートと前記第2密封シートは、それぞれ第1絶縁層、金属層及び第2絶縁層を含み、
前記第1絶縁層は、前記ガスケットと接し、前記ガスケットは、前記第1絶縁層と同一材質から形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性二次電池。 - 前記第1電極層は、第1金属集電体上に、第1活物質が塗布された第1活物質部と、前記第1活物質が塗布されていない領域である第1無地部と、を含み、前記第1無地部には、第1電極タブが付着され、前記第2電極層は、第2金属集電体上に第2活物質が塗布された第2活物質部と、前記第2活物質が塗布されていない領域である第2無地部と、を含み、前記第2無地部には、第2電極タブが付着されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性二次電池。
- 前記第1電極タブと前記第2電極タブは、前記ガスケットと、前記第1密封シートとの間、または前記ガスケットと、前記第2密封シートとの間を介して外部に引き出されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の可撓性二次電池。
- 前記ガスケットは、前記ガスケットの一側を貫通する、第1リード電極及び第2リード電極を含み、
前記ガスケットの内部領域において、前記第1リード電極は、前記第1電極タブと接合し、前記第2リード電極は、前記第2電極タブと接合したことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の可撓性二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体は、前記第1電極層、前記セパレータ、及び前記第2電極層の一端部を固定する固定部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性二次電池。
