グリセリン(イ−1)、ポリグリセリン(イ−2)とは、下記一般式(3)で表される化合物である。
ポリエステル1gを精秤し、フェノール/テトラクロロエタン=50/50(重量比)の混合溶媒100mlを加えて溶解させ、30℃で測定した。
塗布層に用いる微粒子の平均粒子径(nm)
微粒子の分散液を、マイクロトラックUPA(日機装社製)にて、個数平均の50%平均径を測定して、これを平均粒子径(nm)とした。
日本ヒューレット・パッカード社製高抵抗測定器:HP4339Bおよび測定電極:HP16008Bを使用し、印加電圧100mVの条件で、23℃,50%RHの測定雰囲気でサンプルを30分間調湿後、表面抵抗率を測定した。
Macbeth社製 透過濃度測定装置 TD−904を使用し、フィルム透過濃度(OD値)を測定した。
日本電色工業製色差計ZE2000タイプを用いて、反射法によりフィルム表面の測定を行った。2°視野、C光源を用い、表色系はLab(CIE1976)およびハンターW値とした。なお、フィルム厚さが合計約400μmになるようにフィルムを重ねて測定した。
試料フィルムの離型層表面に両面粘着テープ(日東電工製「No.502」)の片面を貼り付けた後、50mm×300mmのサイズにカットした後、室温にて1時間放置後の剥離力を測定する。剥離力は、引張試験機((株)インテスコ製「インテスコモデル2001型」)を使用し、引張速度300mm/分の条件下、180°剥離を行った。
変化率%=(F1−F0)/F0×100
製造例1
ベント付き二軸押出機を使用し、平均粒子径0.3μmの酸化チタン粒子を5重量%、平均粒子径3.5μmの不定形シリカ粒子を0.1重量%を含有させた、固有粘度0.65のポリエチレンテレフタレート原料(A)を280℃〜300℃の温度で溶融押し出しし、静電密着法を併用しながら冷却ドラム上にキャストして、無定形フィルムを得た。このフィルムを82℃で縦方向に3.5倍延伸し、さらに120℃で横方向に4.0倍延伸し、230℃で熱処理して、透過濃度0.4、色調L、a、b、wがそれぞれ92.8、0.2、−1.9、92.6で、厚さ50μmの白色ポリエステルフィルムを得た。
製造例2
製造例1において縦延伸後のフィルムの片面に、別表の組成からなる水性塗布液を各々バーコート方式で塗布する以外は製造例1と同様にして、厚さ50μmの帯電防止性塗布層を有する白色ポリエステルフィルムを得た。
・ポリウレタン樹脂(1):
6−ヘキサンジオールとジエチルカーボネートとの反応により得られるポリカーボネートポリオール(GCPでの数平均分子量約1000)を76.7重量部と、ポリエチレングリコール(第一工業製薬社製、商品名PEG600、分子量600)を6.4重量部と、トリメチロールプロパンを2.0重量部と、N−メチル−N,N−ジエタノールアミンを19.9重量部と、4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートを84.0重量部と、MEK87重量部を反応容器に取り、70〜75℃で反応を行い、ウレタンプレポリマーを得た。このウレタンプレポリマーにジメチル硫酸を16.8重量部添加し、50〜60℃で反応させて、カチオン性ウレタンポリマーを得た。これに水623重量部を添加して乳化させた後、MEKを回収することにより、ポリウレタン樹脂(1)の水分散体を得た。
ジアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロライドを用いた4級アンモニウム塩含有カチオンポリマー((I)式のピロリジニウム環含有ポリマー)平均分子量約30000
2−イソプロペニル−2−オキサゾリンとアクリル系モノマーとの共重合ポリマー型架橋剤水溶液(日本触媒社製 商品名 エポクロスWS−500)、オキサゾリン基量=4.5mmol/g
コロイダルシリカ微粒子(平均粒径0.07μm)
製造例3:
製造例1において縦延伸後のフィルムの片面に、別表の組成からなる水性塗布液を各々バーコート方式で塗布する以外は製造例1と同様にして、厚さ50μmの帯電防止性塗布層を有する白色ポリエステルフィルムを得た。
(ア):ポリエチレンジオキシチオフェンとポリスチレンスルホン酸からなる導電剤、アグファゲバルト社製 Orgacon ICP1010を濃アンモニア水で中和してpH=9とした物。
(イ2):前記式(3)でn=2であるポリグリセリン骨格へ、ポリエチレンオキサイドが平均4分子付加した化合物。
下記表1の組成で帯電防止性塗布層が設けられた製造例2より得られた基材白色ポリエステルフィルム(50μm)に、シリコーン離型層を白色ポリエステルフィルムの帯電防止性塗布層の上に次のように設けて白色離型ポリエステルフィルムを得た。
(A)エチルセルロース(X−62−9201A、固形分10%:信越化学工業製) 100部
(B)ポリジメチルシロキシジフェニルシロキサンを主成分とする付加反応シリコーン(X−62−9201B、固形分30%:信越化学工業製) 100部
(C)MQレジン(KS−3800、固形分30%、信越化学工業製) 100部
(D)白金系触媒(PL−50−T、信越化学工業製) 0.6部
実施例1で帯電防止性塗布層の組成を表1のように、シリコーン離型層の組成を表1のようにした以外は、実施例1と同様に白色離型ポリエステルフィルムを得た。
表1の組成で帯電防止性塗布層が設けられた製造例3より得られた基材白色ポリエステルフィルム(50μm)に、シリコーン離型層を白色ポリエステルフィルムの帯電防止性塗布層の上に次のように設けて白色離型ポリエステルフィルムを得た。離型層の組成は表1のとおりとした。
実施例4のシリコーン離型層の組成を下記表2のようにした以外は、実施例4と同様に白色離型ポリエステルフィルムを得た。
製造例1より得られた帯電防止性塗布層が設けられていない白色ポリエステルフィルムを基材とした以外は、実施例2、5と同様に白色離型ポリエステルフィルムを得た。
Claims (3)
- 白色ポリエステルフィルムの少なくとも片面に、帯電防止性塗布層とシリコーン離型層が順次設けられたフィルムであって、表面抵抗率が1×1012Ω以下であり、以下の離型ポリエステルフィルムの常態剥離力、変化率の評価において、常態剥離力が400mN/cm以上であり、80℃で1週間保持後の常態剥離力の変化率が±20%以内であり、シリコーン離型層の離型層中のセルロース誘導体(A)の割合が20重量%以上であり、付加反応型シリコーン(B)とMQレジン(C)の重量比率が0.2≦(C)/(B)≦2である離型ポリエステルフィルム。
(離型ポリエステルフィルムの常態剥離力、変化率の評価)
試料フィルムの離型層表面に両面粘着テープ(日東電工製「No.502」)の片面を貼り付けた後、50mm×300mmのサイズにカットした後、室温にて1時間放置後の剥離力を測定する。剥離力は、引張試験機を使用し、引張速度300mm/分の条件下、180°剥離を行う。さらに、離型ポリエステルフィルムを製造後、1日以上経過させたものの常態剥離力を(F0)とし、80℃熱風循環式オーブンの中で、1週間経過させたものの常態剥離力を(F1)とし、次式によって常態剥離力の変化率を求める。
変化率%=(F1−F0)/F0×100 - 帯電防止性塗布層が下記の化合物(ア)、(イ)、および(ウ)を含有する塗布液から形成されたものである請求項1に記載の離型ポリエステルフィルム。
(ア):チオフェンまたはチオフェン誘導体からなる化合物に、他の陰イオン化合物によりドーピングされた重合体、またはチオフェンまたはチオフェン誘導体からなる化合物中に陰イオン基を持ち自己ドープされた重合体
(イ):グリセリン(イ1)、ポリグリセリン(イ2)、グリセリンまたはポリグリセリンへのアルキレンオキサイド付加物(イ3)、ポリアルキレンオキサイド(イ4)の群から選ばれる1種以上の化合物
(ウ):ポリウレタン樹脂 - 請求項1または2に記載の離型ポリエステルフィルムのシリコーン離型層上にセラミック層を有することを特徴とするグリーンシート積層体。
