Description
図1は、本発明に係る流路切換弁の第1実施形態の主要構成を示す図であり、図1(A)は斜視図、図1(B)は側面図である。また、図2は、図1(B)のA−A矢視断面図、図3は、図1(B)のB−B矢視断面図である。なお、図3は、図1及び図2に対し、弁体を下から視て反時計回りに約45度回転させた状態を示している。また、図1〜図3では、弁体を回転させるためのモータ等からなる回転駆動装置を省略している。
図6は、本発明に係る流路切換弁の第2実施形態の主要構成を示す縦断面図であり、図1(B)のA−A矢視線に従う図、図7は、本発明に係る流路切換弁の第2実施形態の主要構成を示す横断面図であり、図1(B)のB−B矢視線に従う図である。また、図8は、図6の弁体を示す斜視図であり、図8(A)は組立完了状態、図8(B)は組立途中状態を示す図、図9は、図8の円筒状カバー部を示す斜視図である。

Claims (7)
- 内部に弁室が形成されると共に、外周部に複数の流出口が設けられた円筒状胴部を有する弁本体と、周方向で複数の連通口が形成されると共に上部開口が閉塞され且つ前記弁室内に回転可能に配置される円筒状弁体部を有する弁体と、前記弁体を回転させるための回転駆動装置と、前記弁室と各流出口との間の流体の漏洩を抑制すべく前記弁本体の円筒状胴部と前記弁体の円筒状弁体部との間に介装されたシール部材と、を備え、
前記回転駆動装置によって前記弁室内で前記弁体の前記円筒状弁体部を回転させることにより、前記円筒状弁体部が前記シール部材の内周側を回転摺動して前記弁本体の前記流出口の開閉又は切換を行うようにされた流路切換弁であって、
前記円筒状弁体部は、円筒状本体部の外側が該円筒状本体部より前記シール部材に対する摺動抵抗が低い素材からなる円筒状カバー部により覆われて形成されており、
前記円筒状弁体部の前記円筒状カバー部における各連通口には、該連通口の周方向における両端部を繋ぐ橋渡し部が設けられていることを特徴とする流路切換弁。 - 前記円筒状本体部の外周と前記円筒状カバー部の内周との間に、前記円筒状本体部と前記円筒状カバー部とを一体的に係合させる係合機構が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記円筒状弁体部の前記円筒状本体部における各連通口にも、該連通口の周方向における両端部を繋ぐ橋渡し部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記橋渡し部は、前記円筒状弁体部又は前記円筒状カバー部の外周に沿って設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記橋渡し部は、各連通口の上下中央に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の流路切換弁。
- 各連通口の外周側の周りがR付きで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記シール部材は、前記流出口に連通する開口が周方向で複数形成され、前記円筒状弁体部を囲う円筒状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流路切換弁。
