Description
Claims (18)
- 制御ユニット(5)と、前記制御ユニット(5)に機能的に接続されるグラフィカルユーザインタフェース(3)とを有する輸液ポンプ(10)であって、
前記制御ユニット(5)は、以下のセンサの群、すなわちカセット存在センサ、扉センサ、圧力センサ、空気存在センサ、モータセンサ及び流量センサの群からの少なくとも2つのセンサ信号(S1、S2)を受信するように設計されており、
前記制御ユニット(5)は、前記少なくとも2つの供給されたセンサ信号(S1、S2)の分析に基づいて障害状態を検出するように設計されており、
前記制御ユニット(5)は、前記供給されたセンサ信号(S1、S2)の処理に基づいて少なくとも2つの重大度(A1、A3)のうちの重大度を関連付けるように設計されており、
前記制御ユニット(5)は、表示されるべき前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェース(3)のディスプレイ(1)の色を制御するように設計されており、異なる色が各重大度(A1、A3)及び無障害状態(A0)に関連付けられ、
前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェース(3)は、簡易操作モード及び高度操作モードをサポートするように設計されており、前記簡易操作モードでは、複数のポンプ操作の限定されたセットのみが当該輸液ポンプのユーザに提供され、
同じ障害状態に関連付けられた重大度は、前記高度操作モードよりも前記簡易操作モードの方が高い、輸液ポンプ。 - 前記重大度(A1、A2)が、高優先度(A3)、中優先度(A2)及び低優先度(A1)の警報状況を含む、請求項1に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記制御ユニット(5)は、前記センサ信号を発する特定の種類の前記センサに応じて、並びに/又はセンサ信号(S1、S2、...、Sn)の既定の臨界範囲及び/若しくは臨界値に応じて、それぞれの前記重大度(A1、A2、A3)を関連付けるように設計されている、請求項1又は2に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記制御ユニット(5)は、それぞれの臨界センサ信号(S1、S2、...、Sn)が発せられる既定の期間に応じて、それぞれの前記重大度(A1、A2、A3)を関連付けるように設計されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記制御ユニット(5)は、バッテリモード、当該輸液ポンプが主電源に接続されているときのモード、及び/又は簡易操作モード若しくは高度操作モードなどの、当該輸液ポンプの動作モードに応じて、それぞれの前記重大度(A1、A2、A3)を関連付けるように設計されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記制御ユニット(5)は、高優先度の警報状況(A3)を、少なくとも、当該輸液ポンプの前記空気存在センサ又は上流の若しくは下流の閉塞センサによって発せられた臨界センサ信号又は障害状態に関連付けるように設計されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記制御ユニット(5)は、関連付けられた前記重大度(A1、A2、A3)又は前記無障害状態(A0)に応じて、発色させたディスプレイ(1)の光強度及び/又は照明周波数を調節するように設計されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記制御ユニット(5)は、発色させた前記ディスプレイ(1)の光強度及び/又は照明周波数を、それぞれ、より高い関連付けられた重大度(A2、A3)についてはより高くなるように、かつ、より低い関連付けられた重大度(A0、A2)についてはより低くなるよう制御するように設計されている、請求項7に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 当該輸液ポンプ(10)は、前記制御ユニット(5)に接続されており、前記制御ユニット(5)によって関連付けられた前記重大度(A1、A2、A3)に応じて可聴警報信号を出力及び調節するように設計される音声デバイス(6)を備えている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記制御ユニット(5)は、それぞれの障害状態(A1、A2、A3)を図式的に表示するために又はテキストメッセージとして表示するために前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェース(3)を制御するように設計されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェース(3)の前記ディスプレイ(1)の前記色は、少なくとも赤色、黄色及び/又は緑色となるように調節可能である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記制御ユニット(5)は、障害状態を検出したときに、又は関連付けられた重大度(A1、A2、A3)に応じて、当該輸液ポンプ(10)のモータを停止させるように又は前記モータの始動を無効にするように設計されている、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記制御ユニット(5)は、専用の障害信号を障害の種類の指示とともに遠隔コンピュータ(11)へ出力するようになっている、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 当該輸液ポンプ(10)は、前記制御ユニットによって関連付けられた前記重大度に応じて外部ネットワーク又はデバイス(11)と対話するように設計されるナースコールインタフェース(13)及び/又は患者データ管理システムインタフェース(13)を備えている、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記制御ユニット(5)は、当該輸液ポンプの前記関連付けられた重大度が高又は中優先度の警報状況(A2、A3)である場合には、前記ナースコールインタフェース(13)を介して専用の障害信号を出力するように設計されている、請求項14に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記ディスプレイ(1)の光強度及び/又は照明周波数は、当該輸液ポンプ(10)がバッテリ方式で動作されているのか、主電源に接続されているのかに応じて設定される、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 当該輸液ポンプ(10)は、周囲光強度を検出するように設計されている周囲光センサを更に備え、当該輸液ポンプは、前記ディスプレイ(1)の強度レベルを、前記検出された周囲光強度に合わせて調節するように構成されている、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 当該輸液ポンプ(10)は経腸栄養ポンプである、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の輸液ポンプ。
