Description

b)ガス流Aの二酸化炭素の少なくとも一部を、溶媒によって取り出して、二酸化炭素減少ガス流B、および二酸化炭素がロードされた溶媒を形成する工程と;
c)ガス流B中に存在する水素の少なくとも一部および窒素の少なくとも一部から、アンモニアを合成する工程と;
d)工程(b)のロードされた溶媒から二酸化炭素を脱着する工程と;
e)工程(c)において合成されたアンモニアの少なくとも一部、および工程(d)において脱着された二酸化炭素の少なくとも一部から、尿素を合成する工程と;
を含み、
工程(d)における二酸化炭素の脱着は、工程(e)における尿素の合成よりも高い圧力にて実行される、プロセスに関する。
−尿素プラントは大部分が不変のままであり、
−アンモニアまたはアンモニア/水溶液による二酸化炭素の取出しは、先行技術に相当し、かつ、現在建設されているアンモニアプラントにおいて用いられている二酸化炭素スクラブとしての装置に関して、同様の費用を必要とし、そして
−蒸気システムへの変更は、大部分はコスト中立(cost neutral)である
の下で、
補助装置(駆動タービン、中間冷却器、オイルシステムその他)を備える二酸化炭素コンプレッサの省略は、プラントの資本コストを相当に削減する。
(i)アンモニアおよび二酸化炭素からのカルバミン酸アンモニウムの形成;ならびに
(ii)カルバミン酸アンモニウムの、尿素および水への転化;
吸熱下位反応(ii)のためのエネルギーは、発熱下位反応(i)から少なくとも部分的に得られる。
(A)水素、窒素、および二酸化炭素を含むガス流を提供する装置と;
(B)溶媒によってガス流の二酸化炭素の少なくとも一部を取り出す手段と;
(C)ガス流中に存在する水素の少なくとも一部および窒素の少なくとも一部からアンモニアを合成するアンモニア反応器を備えるアンモニア合成ユニットと;
(D)溶媒から二酸化炭素を脱着する手段と;
(E)アンモニア合成ユニット内で合成されたアンモニアの少なくとも一部、および溶媒から脱着された二酸化炭素の少なくとも一部から尿素を合成する尿素反応器を備える尿素合成ユニットと;
を備え、
二酸化炭素を脱着する手段は、尿素合成ユニットよりも高い圧力にて操作される、装置に関する。

Claims (10)
- 尿素を調製するプロセスであって、以下の工程:
a)水素、窒素、および二酸化炭素を含むガス流A(1)を供給する工程と;
b)前記ガス流Aの前記二酸化炭素の少なくとも一部を、溶媒によって取り出して、二酸化炭素減少ガス流B(4)を形成する工程と;
c)前記ガス流B(4)中に存在する前記水素の少なくとも一部および前記窒素の少なくとも一部から、アンモニアを合成する工程と;
d)前記溶媒(3’’)から前記二酸化炭素(12)を脱着する工程と;
e)工程(c)において合成された前記アンモニアの少なくとも一部、および工程(d)において脱着された前記二酸化炭素の少なくとも一部から、尿素を合成する工程と;
を含み、
工程(d)における前記二酸化炭素の前記脱着は、工程(e)における前記尿素の前記合成よりも高い圧力にて実行される、プロセス。 - 二酸化炭素がロードされた前記溶媒は、工程(b)の後に、そして工程(d)の前に、少なくとも部分的に減圧されて、工程(b)において共吸着された成分が前記溶媒から取り出される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 工程(d)における前記二酸化炭素の前記脱着は、工程(e)における前記尿素の前記合成よりも高い圧力にて実行され、そして脱着が実行される圧力と、工程(e)において尿素が合成される圧力との圧力差は、前記尿素合成に入る前に起こる前記二酸化炭素のいかなる圧力降下も補償するほど十分に高い、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 工程(d)において前記脱着が実行される温度は、それぞれの場合において支配的な圧力にて前記二酸化炭素が脱着し得るように選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 工程(b)において前記二酸化炭素が分離される前記溶媒は、アンモニア/水混合物を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 工程(d)における前記二酸化炭素の前記脱着は、130℃〜270℃の範囲の温度にて実行される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 工程(d)における前記二酸化炭素の脱着に必要とされるエネルギーは、蒸気によって提供される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記二酸化炭素の前記脱着に用いられ得る前記蒸気は、アンモニアの前記合成において放たれるプロセス熱によって生成される、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ガス流Aの少なくとも一部が、蒸気改質によって、および/または自己熱改質によって提供される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 工程(e)における前記尿素の前記合成は、下位反応(i)および(ii):
(i)アンモニアおよび二酸化炭素からのカルバミン酸アンモニウムの形成;および
(ii)前記カルバミン酸アンモニウムの、尿素および水への転化;
を含み、
前記吸熱下位反応(ii)のためのエネルギーは、前記発熱下位反応(i)から少なくとも部分的に得られる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
