Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかる積層造形システム100の構成を示す図である。積層造形システム100は、積層造形装置21と、積層造形装置21を制御するための制御情報を生成するCAM(Computer Aided Manufacturing)装置1と、CAM装置1が生成した制御情報を記憶する制御情報記憶部20とを有する。
Claims (9)
- 加工位置を造形経路に沿って移動させながら溶融した加工材料を対象面に付加することで形成される造形物であるビードを用いて層形状を造形し、前記層形状を積層した三次元形状を造形する積層造形装置を制御するための制御情報を生成する制御情報生成装置において、
前記造形経路と前記ビードの断面の基準幅とに基づいて、ビードが重ならずに隣接するための前記断面の幅である修正幅を求めるビード幅修正部と、
前記造形経路および前記修正幅に基づいて、修正経路を求める経路修正部と、
前記修正経路および前記修正幅を示す制御情報を出力する制御情報出力部と、
を備えることを特徴とする制御情報生成装置。 - 前記経路修正部は、前記造形経路に含まれる対象経路と、前記対象経路に隣接する隣接経路との造形分担に基づいて、前記修正経路を求めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御情報生成装置。
- 前記ビード幅修正部は、前記造形経路の角部の前記修正幅を前記基準幅よりも小さくし、
前記経路修正部は、前記角部の外側を回り込む前記修正経路を求めることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の制御情報生成装置。 - 前記ビード幅修正部は、前記造形経路の曲率に基づいて、前記修正幅を求めることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の制御情報生成装置。
- 前記ビード幅修正部は、前記曲率が大きいほど前記修正幅を小さくすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の制御情報生成装置。
- 前記経路修正部は、前記対象経路と前記隣接経路との造形順に基づいて、前記修正経路を調整することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の制御情報生成装置。
- 前記修正経路、前記修正幅および前記層形状に基づいて、前記ビードの断面の平均高さを求めるビード高さ計算部、
をさらに備え、
前記制御情報出力部は、前記平均高さをさらに示す前記制御情報を出力することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の制御情報生成装置。 - 前記修正経路を、前記修正経路上の離散点で表される点造形経路に変換する点造形経路変換部、
をさらに備え、
前記点造形経路変換部は、前記修正幅に基づいて、前記離散点の間隔を決定することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の制御情報生成装置。 - 加工位置を造形経路に沿って移動させながら溶融した加工材料を対象面に付加することで形成される造形物であるビードを用いて層形状を造形し、前記層形状を積層した三次元形状を造形する積層造形装置を制御するための制御情報を生成する制御情報生成方法において、
前記制御情報を生成する制御情報生成装置が、前記造形経路と前記ビードの断面の基準幅とに基づいて、ビードが重ならずに隣接するための前記断面の幅である修正幅を求めるステップと、
前記制御情報生成装置が、前記造形経路および前記修正幅に基づいて修正経路を求めるステップと、
前記制御情報生成装置が、前記修正経路および前記修正幅を示す制御情報を出力するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする制御情報生成方法。
