Claims (5)
- 把手の係合突起を係合するための係合溝を有する容器本体をブロー成形するためのブロー成形金型であって、
キャビティー型の内部に配されて前記係合溝を形成するための突起部を備える一対の可動型と、
前記キャビティー型に設けられて前記可動型を待機位置と成形位置との間でそれぞれ進退させる進退機構部と、を有し、
前記進退機構部は、
前記可動型が固定されて前記キャビティー型に対して回転可能に支持され、前記可動型の回転を駆動する駆動軸と、
前記駆動軸とは直交する方向で進退可能な直動軸を有すると共に前記キャビティー型に対して揺動可能に設けられ、前記駆動軸に連結されたアクチュエータ装置と、
一端側が前記キャビティー型の外側で前記駆動軸に固定されると共に、他端側が前記直動軸に連結されるリンク部材と、を備えることを特徴とするブロー成形金型。 - 請求項1に記載のブロー成形金型において、
前記進退機構部は、前記アクチュエータ装置の前記直動軸を前進させることで前記可動型の前記突起部が前記待機位置から前記成形位置まで揺動するように構成されていることを特徴とするブロー成形金型。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のブロー成形金型において、
隣接して配置される複数の前記キャビティー型を備え、
前記駆動軸は、複数の前記キャビティー型に亘って連続して設けられ、
当該駆動軸には、各キャビティー型に対応する複数の前記可動型が固定されていること
を特徴とするブロー成形金型。 - 請求項3に記載のブロー成形金型において、
各可動型は、前記駆動軸の先端側に配置されているものほど、前記成形位置から前記待機位置までの角度が小さくなるように前記駆動軸に固定されていることを特徴とするブロー成形金型。 - 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のブロー成形金型において、
前記キャビティー型が、一対の割型で構成され、
前記駆動軸は、前記割型の一方に、当該割型のパーティング面に沿って設けられていることを特徴とするブロー成形金型。
