Claims (3)
- イソシアネートを主成分とするA剤に硬化遅延剤及び噴射剤を加えた材料が充填された第1容器と、
ポリアミンを主成分とするB剤に硬化遅延剤及び噴射剤を加えた材料が充填された第2容器と、
基端に送り込まれた前記第1容器の内容物及び前記第2容器の内容物を混合し、先端から吐出するスタティックミキサと、
前記第1容器及び前記第2容器並びに前記スタティックミキサを接続するアダプタと、を備え、
前記A剤と前記B剤の粘度が互いに異なり、
前記アダプタは、
前記スタティックミキサの前記基端に接続される拡径部と、
一端が前記第1容器に接続される第1チューブと、
一端が前記第2容器に接続される第2チューブと、
前記拡径部の端部に位置する底壁と、
前記底壁に形成され、前記第1チューブと前記拡径部を連通させる第1噴射孔と、
前記底壁に形成され、前記第2チューブと前記拡径部を連通させる第2噴射孔と、
前記底壁における前記第1噴射孔及び前記第2噴射孔の間の部分から前記スタティックミキサ側の前記拡径部の端部に向けて延び、前記拡径部の内部を前記第1噴射孔に繋がる第1空間と前記第2噴射孔に繋がる第2空間とに二分する隔壁と、を備え、
前記第1噴射孔、前記第2噴射孔及び前記隔壁を横切る前記アダプタの断面において、前記第1空間の幅が前記第1噴射孔の幅よりも大きく、且つ、前記第2空間の幅が前記第2噴射孔の幅よりも大きく、
前記隔壁は、前記スタティックミキサの軸方向において、前記拡径部の内径の少なくとも二倍の長さを有している、ポリウレア噴射装置。 - 前記第1噴射孔の延在方向は、前記スタティックミキサの前記軸方向に平行である、請求項1に記載のポリウレア噴射装置。
- 前記第1噴射孔及び前記第2噴射孔は、L字状に屈曲した屈曲部をそれぞれ有している、請求項1又は2に記載のポリウレア噴射装置。
