Description
Claims (11)
- 回転可能な圧力逃し弁組立体であって、
弁本体と、
前記弁本体内に取り付けられたプラグであって、開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で回転可能なシャフトを中心として回転可能であるプラグと、
前記シャフトに係合し、前記弁組立体の開口圧力に達するまで前記プラグを閉鎖位置に保持するように構成された解放機構であって、破損部材を備え、前記破損部材が座屈ピンであり、前記プラグは、前記座屈ピンが破損すると前記開放位置へ回転するように構成される、解放機構と、
前記破損部材に予荷重をかけるように構成された予荷重機構であって、前記シャフトは、前記破損部材に係合して前記シャフトから前記破損部材にトルクを伝達するように構成された接触アームを備える、予荷重機構と、
前記プラグが前記開放位置へ回転するときに前記接触アームに係合することによって前記シャフトにより与えられる回転運動エネルギーを吸収するように構成されたダンパーと、
前記プラグが前記開放位置へ回転するときに前記シャフトに係合することによって前記シャフトがさらに回転することを防ぐように構成された捕捉機構と、を備える、回転可能な圧力逃し弁組立体。 - 前記シャフトが少なくとも1つの歯を備え、
前記ダンパーが、前記少なくとも1つの歯に係合することにより前記回転運動エネルギーを吸収するように構成される、請求項1に記載の回転可能な圧力逃し弁組立体。 - 熱シールドをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の回転可能な圧力逃し弁組立体。
- 前記熱シールドが前記弁本体に取り付けられる、請求項3に記載の回転可能な圧力逃し弁組立体。
- 前記シャフトが前記プラグの直径からオフセットされ、前記プラグの質量が、前記オフセットされたシャフトの両側に均等に分配される、請求項1に記載の回転可能な圧力逃し弁組立体。
- 前記シャフトが第1端部と第2端部とを有し、
前記解放機構が、前記シャフトの前記第1端部に係合するように構成され、
前記ダンパーが、前記シャフトの前記第2端部に係合するように構成される、請求項1に記載の回転可能な圧力逃し弁組立体。 - 前記シャフトが接触アームを備え、
前記捕捉機構がラッチであり、
前記ラッチが、前記接触アームを介して前記シャフトに係合するように構成される、請求項1に記載の回転可能な圧力逃し弁組立体。 - 前記捕捉機構がクラッチを備える、請求項1に記載の回転可能な圧力逃し弁組立体。
- 前記捕捉機構がラチェットを備える、請求項1に記載の回転可能な圧力逃し弁組立体。
- 前記プラグが翼状である、請求項1に記載の回転可能な圧力逃し弁組立体。
- 前記プラグが、前記シャフトに平行な直径を有し、前記直径が前記シャフトからオフセットされ、
前記プラグの質量が前記シャフトにわたって均衡している、請求項1に記載の回転可能な圧力逃し弁組立体。
