で表されるアニオン化合物(α)を配位子とする金属錯体(β)を含有することを特徴とする酸化重合型不飽和樹脂用硬化促進剤を提供するものである。
で表される化合物(A)と、金属塩(B)とを含有することを特徴とする酸化重合型不飽和樹脂用硬化促進剤を提供するものである。
で表されるアニオン化合物(α)を配位子とする金属錯体(β)を含有することを特徴とする。
で表される化合物(A)と、金属塩(B)とを配合して金属錯体(β)を発生させてもよい。
で表されるもの等が挙げられる。これらはそれぞれ単独で用いても良いし、2種類以上を併用しても良い。
フラスコにピコリン酸14.3g、水100gを採り、5M水酸化ナトリウム水溶液23.2g、硫酸マンガン10.0gの順に加え、反応溶液を50℃で3時間撹拌した。析出した固体を回収、乾燥してピコリン酸マンガンを得た。生成物のMSスペクトルでは、質量電荷比(m/z)299.0にピコリン酸イオン二つがマンガン(II)イオンに配位した錯体と推定されるピーク等が確認された。生成物のMSスペクトルを図1に示す。
フラスコにピコリン酸22.8g、水100gを採り、5M水酸化ナトリウム水溶液37.0g、塩化鉄(III)10.0gの順に加え、反応溶液を50℃で3時間撹拌した。析出した固体を回収、乾燥してピコリン酸鉄を得た。生成物のMSスペクトルでは、質量電荷比(m/z)300.1にピコリン酸イオン二つが鉄(II)イオンに配位した錯体と推定されるピーク等が確認された。
下記表1に示す割合で各成分を配合し、酸化重合型不飽和樹脂用硬化促進剤(1)〜(7)を製造した。
表1中で用いた各成分の詳細は以下の通り。
・ネオデカン酸マンガン溶液:DIC株式会社製「Mn−NEODECANOATE 6.5%」、マンガン含有量6.5質量%のベンジルアルコール溶液
・ピコリン酸:東京化成工業株式会社製「Pyridine−2−carboxylic Acid」
・キナルジン酸:東京化成工業株式会社製「Quinaldic Acid」
・2,6−ピリジンジカルボン酸:東京化成工業株式会社製「2,6−Pyridinedicarboxylic Acid」
・ベンジルアルコール:東京応化工業株式会社製「ベンジルアルコール(工業用)」
・1−メチルイミダゾール:東京化成工業株式会社製「1−Methylimidazole」
下記表2に示す割合で各成分を配合し、塗料(1)〜(7)、(1’)〜(3’)を製造した。得られた塗料について下記要領で硬化性の評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。なお、ベース塗料は以下の要領で製造した。
表2中で用いた各成分の詳細は以下の通り。
・皮張防止剤:宇部興産株式会社製「メチルエチルケトオキシム」
・ネオデカン酸マンガン石鹸:DIC株式会社製「DICNATE Mn6.5%」、マンガン含有量6.5質量%の大豆油溶液
・オクチル酸コバルト石鹸:DIC株式会社製「DICNATE210SB」、コバルト含有量10質量%の大豆油溶液
・ジルコニウム石鹸:DIC株式会社製「12% Zr−OCTOATE」、ジルコニウム含有量12質量%のミネラルスピリット溶液
チタンホワイト顔料(ケマーズ株式会社製「Ti−Pure R−960」)100質量部、炭酸カルシウム(日東粉化工業株式会社製「NS#100」)40質量部、アルキッド樹脂(DIC株式会社製「アルキディアP−470−70」)240質量部、ミネラルスピリット(JX日鉱日石エネルギー株式会社製「ミネラルスピリットA」)20質量部をペイントシェーカーにて混練し、ベース塗料を得た。
恒温恒湿室(23±2℃、50±5%RH)内で試験を行った。先で得た塗料をガラス板上に76μmのアプリケーターで塗布した。塗布後、塗料が完全に乾燥し、ドライングタイムレコーダー(太佑機材株式会社製「型式No.404」)の針によりつけられるキズが見られなくなるまでの時間を測定した。
下記表3に示す割合で各成分を配合し、印刷インキ(1)〜(4)を製造した。得られた印刷インキについて下記要領で硬化性の評価を行った。結果を表3に示す。なお、ベースインキは以下の要領で製造した。
ロジン変性フェノール樹脂(DIC株式会社製「BECKACITE F−7310」)100質量部、大豆油(日清オイリオグループ株式会社製「大豆サラダ油(S)」)100質量部を210℃で1時間加熱した後、有機溶剤(JX日鉱日石エネルギー株式会社製「AFソルベント6号」)47.5質量部、アルミニウムキレート(ホープ製薬株式会社製「ケロープ(S)」)2.5質量部を加え、150℃で1時間加熱し、印刷インキ用ワニスを調製した。
先で得た印刷インキ用ワニス100質量部、フタロシアニンブルー顔料(DIC株式会社製「FASTOGEN BLUE TGR−L」)20質量部、大豆油(日清オイリオグループ株式会社製「大豆サラダ油(S)」)25質量部、有機溶剤(JX日鉱日石エネルギー株式会社製「AFソルベント6号」)25質量部を三本ロールミルで混練し、ベースインキを得た。
恒温恒湿室(23±2℃、50±5%RH)内で試験を行った。先で得た印刷インキをガラス板上に38μmのアプリケーターで塗布した。塗布後、インキが完全に乾燥し、ドライングタイムレコーダー(太佑機材株式会社製「型式No.404」)の針によりつけられるキズが見られなくなるまでの時間を測定した。
Claims (8)
- 下記構造式(1−1)又は(1−2)
で表されるアニオン化合物(α)を配位子とする金属錯体であって、下記一般式(B−1)で表される金属塩の金属錯体(β2)を含有することを特徴とする酸化重合型不飽和樹脂用硬化促進剤。
XはF − 、Cl − 、Br − 、I − 、PF 6 − 、SbF 6 − 、AsF 6 − 、BF 4 − 、B(C 6 F 5 ) 4 − 、ClO 4 − 、ClO 3 − 、CO 2 − 、ClO − 、H 2 PO 4 − 、H 2 PO 3 − 、H 2 PO 2 − 、HCO 3 − 、NO 3 − 、NO 2 − 、(CH 3 CO) 2 CH − 、RCOO − (Rは炭素原子数1〜22の炭化水素基)、O 2− 、S 2− 、SO 4 2− 、SO 3 2− 、CO 3 2− の何れかである。
nは1以上の整数である] - 更に、イミダゾール化合物(C)又はベンジルアルコール化合物(D)の少なくとも一方を含有する請求項1又は2記載の酸化重合型不飽和樹脂用硬化促進剤。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の酸化重合型不飽和樹脂用硬化促進剤と酸化重合型不飽和樹脂とを含有する硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 下記構造式(2−1)又は(2−2)
で表される化合物(A)と、マンガン塩又は鉄塩を必須成分とする金属塩(B)とを含有する酸化重合型不飽和樹脂用硬化促進剤と、
ロジン変性フェノール樹脂、アルキッド樹脂、石油樹脂、重合油、不飽和基含有ウレタン樹脂、及び不飽和基含有エポキシ樹脂から選択される1以上の酸化重合型不飽和樹脂とを含有する硬化性樹脂組成物。 - 印刷インキ又は塗料である請求項4又は5記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
