Description
Claims (13)
- 2つの管(1,2)の結合のためのネジ結合装置であって、フランジ付けされた管端(3,4)を有する2つの前記管(1,2)と、1つのボルト(5)と、1つのネジ付きナット(6)と、1つのスペーサ要素(7)とを含み、前記ネジ付きナット(6)が収容空間(8)を含み、前記スペーサ要素(7)が脱落不能に前記収容空間(8)内に収容されており、前記スペーサ要素(7)が第1の管(1)を脱落不能に前記ネジ付きナット(6)内において保持しており、第2の管(2)が前記ボルト(5)によって前記ネジ付きナット(6)において固定可能であり、前記スペーサ要素(7)が第1の端面側(10)及び第2の端面側(11)を備えている、前記ネジ結合装置において、
前記スペーサ要素(7)に第1の突起部(12)が設けられており、該第1の突起部が、脱落不能な収容のために前記収容空間(8)の範囲で前記ネジ付きナット(6)に係合し、前記スペーサ要素(7)の外面部(9)が少なくとも1つの部分にわたって円筒状に形成されていること、及び前記ネジ付きナット(6)が、前記収容空間(8)の範囲において、内方へ突出する少なくとも1つの突出部(17)を備えており、凹部(18)が、前記ネジ付きナット(6)の外側において前記突出部(17)に割り当てられており、前記凹部(18)が、型押しによって形成されていることを特徴とするネジ結合装置。 - 前記第1の突起部(12)が前記スペーサ要素(7)を少なくとも部分的に包囲していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のネジ結合装置。
- 前記第1の突起部(12)が、前記スペーサ要素の円筒状に形成された前記外面部(9)に隣接していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のネジ結合装置。
- 前記第1の突起部(12)が前記第1の端面側(10)に隣接していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のネジ結合装置。
- 前記第1の突起部(12)が径方向へ突出していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のネジ結合装置。
- 前記第1の突起部(12)の第1の側面部(13)が前記スペーサ要素(7)の前記第1の端面側(10)と面一であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のネジ結合装置。
- 前記第1の突起部(12)が、該第1の突起部(12)の範囲における前記スペーサ要素(7)の半径(R)の1〜20%、好ましくは3〜15%、特に好ましくは6〜10%に相当する高さ(h)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のネジ結合装置。
- 前記第1の突起部(12)が、前記スペーサ要素(7)の全幅(B)の5〜50%、好ましくは10〜40%、特に好ましくは15〜30%に相当する幅(b)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のネジ結合装置。
- 前記スペーサ要素(7)が第2の突起部(14)を備えており、該第2の突起部が前記第1の突起部(12)と共に少なくとも部分的に1つの溝(15)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のネジ結合装置。
- 前記第2の突起部(14)が第2の側面部(16)を備えており、該第2の側面部が前記第2の端面側(11)と面一となっていることを特徴とする請求項9記載のネジ結合装置。
- 前記ネジ付きナット(6)が、前記収容空間(8)の範囲において少なくとも部分的に、少なくとも4つの平坦な部分面(19)を有する四角状の外側部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のネジ結合装置。
- 少なくとも1つの、好ましくは3つの前記凹部(18)が1つのあるいは3つの平坦な前記部分面(19)に割り当てられており、特に好ましくは、6つの部分面(19)のうち1つおきに1つの前記凹部(18)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項11記載のネジ結合装置。
- 前記ネジ付きナット(6)が、前記収容空間(8)の範囲において、内方へ突出する3つの突出部(17)を備えており、前記3つの突出部(17)が、90〜150°、好ましくは100〜140°、特に好ましくは110〜130°の角度で好ましくは前記ネジ付きナット(6)の周囲に沿って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のネジ結合装置。
