Description
本発明に係る砂礫固化体形成方法は、少なくとも、水位低下時に海水が海洋から略隔離され、かつ有機酸及びカルシウム含有粒分が保持された汀線近傍の半閉鎖的領域に、海洋性多細胞性糸状体型のシアノバクテリアの藻塊を低含水率化することで得られたマット状集塊物を移植する工程を含むものをすべて包含する。なお、本発明は、以下の実施態様のみに狭く限定されない。また、例えば、他の工程が含まれること、一部の工程の順序が異なること、一部の工程が含まれないことなどによって、狭く限定されない。
本発明は、上述のいずれかの砂礫固化体形成方法によって、汀線近傍域に砂礫固化物を形成させる陸域保全方法を全て包含する。

Claims (6)
- 水位低下時に海水が海洋から略隔離され、かつ有機酸及びカルシウム含有粒分が保持された汀線近傍の半閉鎖的領域に、
海洋性多細胞性糸状体型のシアノバクテリアの藻塊を低含水率化することで得られたマット状集塊物を移植する砂礫固化体形成方法。 - 前記シアノバクテリアが乾燥耐性種である請求項1記載の砂礫固化体形成方法。
- 略同一形状の前記マット状集塊物を複数形成し、前記半閉鎖的領域に敷き並べることで、前記移植を行う請求項1又は請求項2記載の砂礫固化体形成方法。
- 前記略同一形状の複数のマット状集塊物が、それぞれ、網状の着生基盤に前記シアノバクテリアを着生させた後、該着生基盤に着生したシアノバクテリアの藻塊を低含水率化することにより形成された請求項3記載の砂礫固化体形成方法。
- 前記着生基盤が生分解性素材で形成された請求項4記載の砂礫固化体形成方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の砂礫固化体形成方法によって、汀線近傍域に砂礫固化物を形成させる陸域保全方法。
