Claims (14)
- 3Dプリンティング装置に適用される液体タンクであって、
感光性樹脂を保持するよう構成され、透光性の底部を有するタンクボディと、
前記タンクボディ内に配置され、前記透光性の底部に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの離型薄膜と、
前記少なくとも1つの離型薄膜に配置され、3Dプリンティング装置のリーダに適合する少なくとも1つの識別部であって、前記リーダが前記少なくとも1つの識別部を読み取って前記少なくとも1つの離型薄膜の使用記録を取得するよう構成される少なくとも1つの識別部と、
を備えることを特徴とする液体タンク。 - 前記識別部は、バーコードあるいはニアフィールドコミュニケーションタグである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体タンク。
- 前記識別部及び前記透光性の底部は、それぞれ、前記離型薄膜の両側に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体タンク。
- 前記識別部は、前記透光性の底部に接触する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体タンク。
- 前記離型薄膜は、第1の離型薄膜と第2の離型薄膜とを備え、
前記第1の離型薄膜は、前記透光性の底部に接触し、
前記第2の離型薄膜と前記透光性の底部とは、それぞれ、前記第1の離型薄膜の両側に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体タンク。 - 前記識別部は、前記第2の離型薄膜に配置され、前記第1の離型薄膜に接触する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液体タンク。
- 前記識別部は、前記第1の離型薄膜に配置され、前記第2の離型薄膜に接触する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液体タンク。
- 前記識別部は、前記第2の離型薄膜に配置され、前記識別部と前記第1の離型薄膜とは、それぞれ、前記第2の離型薄膜の両側に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液体タンク。
- 前記識別部は、前記第2の離型薄膜と前記第1の離型薄膜とに挟まれる、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液体タンク。
- 前記識別部は、前記第1の離型薄膜に配置される第1の識別部と、前記第2の離型薄膜に配置される第2の識別部と、を備え、
前記第1の識別部は、前記第2の識別部に接触し、
前記第2の識別部は、前記第1の識別部に接触し、
前記第1の識別部は、前記第2の識別部に位置合わせされる、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液体タンク。 - 前記離型薄膜の材料は、テフロンあるいはシリコンである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体タンク。
- 3Dプリンティング装置であって、
コントローラと、
前記コントローラに電気的に接続された光源と、
前記コントローラに電気的に接続されたリーダと、
前記コントローラに電気的に接続された駆動モータと、
前記駆動モータに接続された上下動プラットフォームと、
液体タンクと、を備え、
前記液体タンクは、
感光性樹脂を保持するよう構成され、透光性の底部を有するタンクボディであって、前記上下動プラットフォームが前記タンクボディの上に配置され、前記上下動プラットフォームが前記コントローラの前記駆動モータの制御によって前記透光性の底部に対して近接あるいは離間するよう駆動され、前記光源が前記透光性の底部の下に配置されるタンクボディと、
前記タンクボディ内に配置され、前記透光性の底部に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの離型薄膜と、
前記少なくとも1つの離型薄膜に配置される少なくとも1つの識別部であって、前記コントローラの制御によって前記リーダが前記少なくとも1つの識別部を読み取ることで前記少なくとも1つの離型薄膜の使用記録が取得される少なくとも1つの識別部と、
を備えることを特徴とする3Dプリンティング装置。 - 前記離型薄膜の異なるブロックが前記光源からの光線によって照らされた回数が記録され、前記離型薄膜上に投影される前記光源の投影面積は、前記の回数に応じて調整される、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の3Dプリンティング装置。
- 前記離型薄膜の異なるブロックが前記光源からの光線によって照らされた回数は前記使用記録であり、前記コントローラが前記リーダを制御して前記識別部を読み取ることで得られる、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の3Dプリンティング装置。
