Claims (13)
- 液体形成材料の波長−吸収率関係を取得し、前記波長−吸収率関係が、少なくとも2つの対応波長の吸収率ピークを含むことと、
3D印刷装置を使用して3D物体を形成し、前記3D印刷装置が、第1光を提供して、前記液体形成材料を層毎に硬化させ、これらを積層することにより、前記3D物体を形成し、前記第1光の波長が、前記少なくとも2つの対応波長のうちの1つであることと、
ポスト硬化装置で第2光を提供して3D物体を照射し、前記第2光が、前記少なくとも2つの対応波長を含むことと、
を含む3D印刷法。 - 前記第1光の前記波長が、前記吸収率ピークのうちの比較的高い方に対応する請求項1に記載の3D印刷法。
- 前記第1光の前記波長が、前記少なくとも2つの対応波長のうちの比較的長い方に対応する請求項1に記載の3D印刷法。
- 前記第1光の前記波長が、前記第2光の前記少なくとも2つの対応波長よりも大きいか、それに等しい請求項1に記載の3D印刷法。
- 前記第1光の強度が、前記第2光の前記少なくとも2つの対応波長の強度よりも小さい請求項1に記載の3D印刷法。
- 前記第2光の前記少なくとも2つの対応波長の強度が、前記液体形成材料の前記吸収率に比例する請求項1に記載の3D印刷法。
- 前記第2光の前記少なくとも2つの対応波長の照射時間が、前記液体形成材料の前記吸収率に反比例する請求項1に記載の3D印刷法。
- 前記ポスト硬化装置が、
チャンバーを有する本体と、
前記本体の中にそれぞれ配置された制御ユニットおよび複数の発光素子と、
を含み、
前記発光素子が、前記制御ユニットに電気接続され、前記制御ユニットが、前記第2光の照射時間および前記強度を制御および調整し、前記3D物体が、前記チャンバーの中に配置されるのに適し、前記駆動ユニットが、前記第2光を提供するよう前記発光素子を駆動して、前記チャンバー内の前記3D物体を照射する請求項1に記載の3D印刷法。 - 前記発光素子が、その光波長に基づいて、前記チャンバーの上部にある異なる領域に設置される請求項8に記載の3D印刷法。
- 前記発光素子が、その光波長に基づいて、前記チャンバーの周囲にある異なる領域に設置される請求項8に記載の3D印刷法。
- 前記ポスト硬化装置が、さらに、前記本体内に配置され、前記チャンバーの底部に位置する回転ベースを含み、前記3D物体が、前記回転ベースの上に配置されるのに適した請求項8に記載の3D印刷法。
- 異なる前記液体形成材料に対し、対応する前記第1光の前記波長を前記3D印刷装置に保存することと、
対応する前記第2光の前記少なくとも2つの対応波長を前記ポスト硬化装置に保存することと、
をさらに含む請求項1に記載の3D印刷法。 - 前記第2光の前記少なくとも2つの対応波長の強度または照射時間を前記ポスト硬化装置に保存することをさらに含む請求項12に記載の3D印刷法。
