Claims (11)
- 本体と、
前記本体に回転可能に組み立てられ、液体の形成材料が充填されるように構成されるタンクと、
前記タンクに配置され、前記タンクとともに回転する原点ターゲットと、
前記本体に配置され、前記液体の形成材料上に位置して前記タンク内の前記液体の形成材料の高さレベルを感知するセンサと、
前記タンク及び前記センサに電気的に接続し、前記タンクを駆動して回転させる制御モジュールと、を備え、前記センサは、前記原点ターゲットの回転経路上に位置し、前記制御モジュールは、前記センサを介して前記原点ターゲットを感知し、前記原点ターゲットが前記センサの下の位置を通過した場合に前記タンクの回転原点を位置決めする、ことを特徴とする3Dプリンティング装置。 - 前記タンクに対する前記原点ターゲットの高さが前記タンクの最上点より高い、あるいは、前記タンクに対する前記原点ターゲットの高さが前記タンクの最下点より低い、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3Dプリンティング装置。
- 前記タンクの最下点は、前記タンクの内側底部である、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の3Dプリンティング装置。
- 前記原点ターゲットは、前記タンクの外側ベースである、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の3Dプリンティング装置。
- 前記タンクは、凹部を有し、前記外側ベースは、前記凹部の下に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の3Dプリンティング装置。
- 前記タンク内の前記液体の形成材料の高さレベルは、可変範囲内にあり、前記タンクに対する前記原点ターゲットの高さは、前記液体の形成材料の高さレベルの前記可変範囲を超える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3Dプリンティング装置。
- 前記タンクは、前記原点ターゲットの前記回転経路上に、前記原点ターゲットに隣接する少なくとも1の部分を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の3Dプリンティング装置。
- 前記少なくとも1の部分は、前記タンクの上部である、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の3Dプリンティング装置。
- 前記可変範囲は、前記タンクの内側底部の高さ以上であり、前記タンクの上部の高さ以下である、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の3Dプリンティング装置。
- 前記原点ターゲットは、前記タンクに配置されたシールド片であり、前記タンクの壁から前記液体の形成材料の上の位置まで延伸する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3Dプリンティング装置。
- 前記センサは、超音波液面メータあるいはレーザ液面メータである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3Dプリンティング装置。
