Claims (8)
- 金属製部材の代替え品として用いることが可能な金属偽装樹脂成形部材の使用方法において、
タングステンと樹脂とからなる高比重樹脂材を成形し、
成形した該高比重樹脂材の表面にめっきを施すことにより製造された該金属偽装樹脂成形部材を、理容用のハサミの柄の部分に用いることを特徴とする金属偽装樹脂成形部材の使用方法。 - 前記高比重樹脂材を、射出成形で成形することを特徴とする請求項1記載の金属偽装樹脂成形部材の使用方法。
- 前記成形した高比重樹脂材の表面を研磨した後、前記めっきを施すことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の金属偽装樹脂成形部材の使用方法。
- 前記タングステンが重量比70%〜95%で、前記樹脂が重量比で30%〜5%で、
前記高比重樹脂材の比重が、6〜13であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3記載のいずれかに記載の金属偽装樹脂成形部材の使用方法。 - 前記樹脂が、ナイロン樹脂又はポリフェニレンサルファイドであることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4記載のいずれかに記載の金属偽装樹脂成形部材の使用方法。
- 前記高比重樹脂材に、酸化亜鉛、シリカ、タルク、珪素のいずれか1種類又は複数種類を混合することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5記載のいずれかに記載の金属偽装樹脂成形部材の使用方法。
- 前記高比重樹脂材に、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維、セルロースナノファイバのいずれか1種類又は複数種類を混合することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6記載のいずれかに記載の金属偽装樹脂成形部材の使用方法。
- 前記めっきが、クロムめっきであることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7記載のいずれかに記載の金属偽装樹脂成形部材の使用方法。
