Description
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも合成樹脂が含まれる有機原料を圧縮混練することにより炭化させ、連続的に炭化燃料を製造する燃料製造装置であって、
駆動手段により同一の方向に同一の回転速度で駆動される二軸のスクリュと、前記スクリュが収納されるケーシングとを備えた二軸押出機と、前記駆動手段の制御を行う制御手段とを備え、
前記スクリュは、回転軸と、前記回転軸の表面に設けられる羽根部材とを有し、
前記ケーシングには、原料が投入される投入口と、加工された物質が導出される導出口と、前記投入口と前記導出口との間に設けられた複数の排気口を有し、
前記排気口は、前記ケーシングの上流側から第1排気口、第2排気口及び第3排気口の順で少なくとも3箇所に設けられ、
前記二軸押出機は、前記投入口から前記第1排気口の上流までの導入領域と、前記第1排気口の上流から下流までの第1排気領域と、前記第2排気口の上流から下流までの第2排気領域と、前記第3排気口の上流から下流までの第3排気領域と、前記導入領域と前記第1排気領域との間に設けられた第1混練領域と、前記第1排気領域と前記第2排気領域との間に設けられた第2混練領域と、前記第2排気領域と前記第3排気領域との間に設けられた第3混練領域と、前記導出口の上流から前記導出口の位置までを含む導出領域とを有し、
前記スクリュの羽根部材は、前記スクリュの側面視において前記回転軸に対する角度について、前記回転軸に対して90°となる角度を最大とし、前記スクリュが回転したときに投入された原料が下流側に搬送される方向を順方向の傾き、上流側に搬送される方向を逆方向の傾きとしたときに、
前記導入領域は順方向の傾きを有し、前記第1混練領域は順方向の傾きで前記導入領域よりも傾きが大きい部分を有し、
前記第1排気領域は順方向の傾きを有し、前記第2混練領域は順方向の傾きで前記第1排気領域よりも傾きが大きい部分を有し、
前記第2排気領域は順方向の傾きを有し、前記第3混練領域は順方向の傾きで前記第2排気領域よりも傾きが大きい部分を有し、
前記第3排気領域は順方向の傾きを有し、前記導出領域は順方向の傾きで前記第3排気領域よりも傾きが大きい部分を有しており、
前記制御手段が、前記第1混練領域における下流側の温度が100℃〜150℃、前記第2混練領域における下流側の温度が180℃〜280℃、前記第3混練領域における下流側の温度が260℃〜320℃で前記第2混練領域よりも高くなるように前記駆動手段を駆動させることを特徴とする燃料製造装置。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料製造装置であって、
前記第1混練領域は前記第2混練領域に比べて軸方向に短く設定され、前記第2混練領域は前記第3混練領域に比べて軸方向に短く設定されていることを特徴とする燃料製造装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の燃料製造装置であって、
前記第1混練領域が、前記導入領域から連続する上流側第1混練領域と、前記上流側第1混練領域と前記第1排気領域との間に設けられた下流側第1混練領域とを有し、
前記上流側第1混練領域の前記スクリュの羽根部材の傾きが、前記導入領域よりも大きく、
前記下流側第1混練領域の前記スクリュの羽根部材が軸方向視で楕円状の板部材を回転方向に角度を変えて複数枚軸方向に積層され前記板部材の傾きが90°であることを特徴とする燃料製造装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の燃料製造装置であって、
前記第2混練領域が、前記第1排気領域から連続する上流側第2混練領域と、前記上流側第2混練領域と前記第2排気領域との間に設けられた下流側第2混練領域とを有し、
前記上流側第2混練領域の前記スクリュの羽根部材の傾きが、前記第1排気領域よりも大きく、
前記下流側第2混練領域の前記スクリュの羽根部材が軸方向視で楕円状の板部材を回転方向に角度を変えて複数枚軸方向に積層され前記板部材の傾きが90°であることを特徴とする燃料製造装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の燃料製造装置であって、
前記第3混練領域が、前記第2排気領域から連続する上流側第3混練領域と、前記第3排気領域に連続する下流側第3混練領域と、前記上流側第3混練領域と前記下流側第3混練領域との間に設けられた中間第3混練領域とを有し、
前記上流側第3混練領域の前記スクリュの羽根部材の傾きが、前記第2排気領域よりも大きく、
前記中間第3混練領域の前記スクリュの羽根部材が軸方向視で楕円状の板部材を回転方向に角度を変えて複数枚軸方向に積層すると共に前記板部材の傾きを90°とし、
前記下流側第3混練領域は、前記スクリュの羽根部材の傾きが順方向の順方向領域が上流側に設けられ、前記スクリュの羽根部材の傾きが逆方向の逆方向領域が下流側に設けられていることを特徴とする燃料製造装置。 - 請求項5に記載の燃料製造装置であって、
前記下流側第3混練領域の前記逆方向領域は、前記順方向領域よりも軸方向に短く設定されていることを特徴とする燃料製造装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の燃料製造装置であって、
前記導出領域は、前記第3排気領域から連続する上流側導出領域と、前記上流側導出領域から連続する導出開口領域とを有し、
前記上流側導出領域の前記スクリュの羽根部材の傾きが、前記導出開口領域よりも小さく設定されていることを特徴とする燃料製造装置。 - 請求項7に記載の燃料製造装置であって、
前記導出領域は、前記導出開口領域の下流側に前記スクリュの羽根部材の傾きが逆方向である逆方向終端領域をさらに有することを特徴とする燃料製造装置。 - 少なくとも合成樹脂が含まれる有機原料を燃料製造装置によって圧縮混練することにより炭化させ、連続的に炭化燃料を製造する燃料製造方法であって、
前記燃料製造装置は、駆動手段により同一の方向に同一の回転速度で駆動される二軸のスクリュと、前記スクリュが収納されるケーシングとを備えた二軸押出機と、前記駆動手段の制御を行う制御手段とを備え、
前記スクリュは、回転軸と、前記回転軸の表面に設けられる羽根部材とを有し、
前記ケーシングには、原料が投入される投入口と、加工された物質が導出される導出口と、前記投入口と前記導出口との間に設けられた複数の排気口を有し、
前記排気口は、前記ケーシングの上流側から第1排気口、第2排気口及び第3排気口の順で少なくとも3箇所に設けられ、
前記二軸押出機は、前記投入口から前記第1排気口の上流までの導入領域と、前記第1排気口の上流から下流までの第1排気領域と、前記第2排気口の上流から下流までの第2排気領域と、前記第3排気口の上流から下流までの第3排気領域と、前記導入領域と前記第1排気領域との間に設けられた第1混練領域と、前記第1排気領域と前記第2排気領域との間に設けられた第2混練領域と、前記第2排気領域と前記第3排気領域との間に設けられた第3混練領域と、前記導出口の上流から前記導出口の位置までを含む導出領域とを有しており、
前記二軸押出機を前記駆動手段によって駆動した状態で、前記投入口に原料を投入し、
投入された前記原料を前記導入領域において下流側に搬送し、
前記第1混練領域で前記原料の搬送速度を前記導入領域よりも遅くして圧縮しながら混練し、
前記第1排気領域において前記原料の搬送速度を前記第1混練領域よりも速くして前記原料の圧縮状態を緩和して前記第1排気口から前記原料に含まれるガスを排出させ、
前記第2混練領域において前記原料の搬送速度を前記第1排気領域よりも遅くして前記原料を圧縮しながら混練し、
前記第2排気領域において前記原料の搬送速度を前記第2混練領域よりも速くして前記原料の圧縮状態を緩和して前記第2排気口から前記原料に含まれるガスを排出させ、
前記第3混練領域において前記原料の搬送速度を前記第2排気領域よりも遅くして前記原料を圧縮しながら混練し、
前記第3排気領域において前記原料の搬送速度を前記第3混練領域よりも速くして前記原料の圧縮状態を緩和して前記第3排気口から前記原料に含まれるガスを排出させ、
前記導出領域において前記第3排気領域を通過した原料を前記二軸押出機から導出するものであり、
前記制御手段が、前記第1混練領域における温度が100℃〜150℃、前記第2混練領域における温度が180℃〜280℃、前記第3混練領域における温度が260℃〜320℃で前記第2混練領域よりも高くなるように前記駆動手段を駆動することを特徴とする炭化燃料を製造する燃料製造方法。 - 請求項9に記載の燃料製造方法であって、
前記第3混練領域の下流側において、前記スクリュの回転によって原料に逆方向の搬送力を付与することを特徴とする燃料製造方法。
