b)塗装特性(表面強度、耐酸性、耐候性など)及び付着性などを考慮して硬化剤、ラベリング剤、顔料、溶剤、離型剤、充填剤などを添加して撹拌する段階。

Claims (12)
- 電池が積層されている電池積層体と、
バッテリー管理システムとを含み、
バッテリーモジュール構成部品の少なくとも一部に放熱材料を含む熱放射塗料コーティング層を含み、
前記電池は、板型電池であって、一面または両面が隣接した電池に対面するように積層配列されて電池積層体を形成しており、
前記板型電池は、樹脂層と金属層を含むラミネートシートの電池ケースに電極組立体を収納した状態で、電池ケースの外周部を熱融着して密封した構造のパウチ型電池であって、前記パウチ型電池の熱融着された外周部が前記電池をそれぞれ固定して電池積層体を形成するカートリッジ同士の間に固定されており、
前記電池積層体は前記電池の電極リードがバスバーによって相互連結され、前記バッテリー管理システムはリレーを含む電圧検出部を含み、前記電池積層体とバッテリー管理システムとの間にシャント抵抗を含む電流センサをさらに含み、
前記熱放射塗料コーティング層は、前記電極リード、バスバー、リレー、シャント及びバッテリー管理システムの構成部品のうち少なくともいずれか1つに含まれ、かつ前記熱放射塗料コーティング層は、前記構成部品のうち電気配線部分に含まれており、前記電極リードにおいて他の構成部品と電気的連結が必要な部分には形成されていないことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記熱放射塗料コーティング層は、前記構成部品のうち、60℃以上の温度になる部分に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱放射塗料コーティング層は、熱放射率が0.9以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱放射塗料コーティング層は、前記構成部品の熱を放射、伝導または拡散するため、前記放熱材料とポリマーとを混合した液状塗料を塗布して硬化させた層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記放熱材料は、炭素素材及び金属粒子から選択された1つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記炭素素材は、グラファイト、グラフェン、炭素ナノチューブ及び炭素ナノ繊維から選択された1つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記金属粒子は、アルミニウム、金、銀、銅、ニッケル、スズ、亜鉛、タングステン及び鉄からなる群より選択された1つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱放射塗料コーティング層は、0.1〜300μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱放射塗料コーティング層は、熱放射塗料を前記構成部品上に直接コーティングする方式、若しくは、シートまたはテープとして適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱放射塗料コーティング層が含まれることで、電気配線部分の温度が少なくとも15℃低下したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを単位モジュールとして含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。
- 請求項11に記載のバッテリーパックを含む電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、または電力貯蔵装置のうちいずれか1つであることを特徴とする装置。
