Description
(1)長方形の底面30と両側の側壁26との境界部分を折曲ライン34に沿って所定の方向に折曲(たとえば谷折り)し、対向する側壁26の間に溝27を形成する。
(2)長方形の底面30と両側の側壁25との境界部分を折曲ライン35に沿って所定の方向に折曲する。このとき、側壁25を側壁26と同じ方向に折曲(谷折り)すると、固定部24と接続部23とを表裏の同じ側に形成することができ、側壁25を側壁26と反対方向に折曲(山折り)すると、固定部24と接続部23とを表裏の反対側に形成することができる。
(3)底面30に対して折曲された側壁26の折曲片33を折曲ライン36において内側に折曲(谷折り)し、固定部24となる溝27の開口部を閉塞する。この構造は、固定部24の溝27に充填される接着剤が流出するのを折曲片33で有効に阻止できる。

Claims (10)
- 複数の電池を直列に接続してなる組電池と、
前記組電池を構成する電池の電圧を検出するための電圧検出ラインと、
前記組電池を構成する電池の温度を検出する温度センサと、を備え、
前記組電池は、前記電圧検出ラインが検出する電池の電圧が印加され、かつ、該電池の電極端子と熱結合状態となる電圧検出位置を有し、
前記電圧検出ラインは、該電圧検出ラインの先端に設けられ、前記電圧検出位置に固定される接続端子を有し、
前記温度センサは、前記接続端子に設けられるとともに、該温度センサが固定される接続端子に対して、絶縁状態に固定され、かつ、該接続端子に対して熱結合状態に固定されることを特徴とするバッテリシステム。 - 前記組電池は、該組電池を構成する複数の電池の電極端子を接続する複数のバスバーを有すると共に、前記電圧検出位置は、前記複数のバスバーのうち少なくとも一つのバスバーに設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載されるバッテリシステム。
- 前記温度センサを、接着、圧着、係止構造の何れかで前記接続端子に固定してなる請求項1または2に記載されるバッテリシステム。
- 前記接続端子が圧着端子で、この圧着端子は、前記電圧検出ラインを電気接続して温度センサを固定する連結部と、前記電極端子に接続される端子部とを有し、
前記連結部は、溝型に折曲加工された金属板で、前記電圧検出ラインの接続部と、温度センサを固定する固定部とを有し、
前記接続部は、両側の側壁を折曲加工して前記電圧検出ラインを圧着して連結しており、
前記固定部は、前記温度センサを溝内に配置して、溝内に充填される接着剤で温度センサを固定してなる請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載されるバッテリシステム。 - 前記連結部に、前記電圧検出ラインを圧着して連結してなる接続部と、前記温度センサを溝内に配置して固定する固定部とを長手方向に配置している請求項4に記載されるバッ
テリシステム。 - 前記連結部が、前記接続部と前記固定部を互いに表裏の反対側、又は同じ側に設けてなる請求項5に記載されるバッテリシステム。
- 前記固定部を前記接続部よりも端子部に接近して設けてなる請求項5又は6に記載されるバッテリシステム。
- 前記端子部がリング状の丸端子である請求項4ないし7のいずれかに記載されるバッテリシステム。
- 前記接続端子が、前記端子部を丸端子とする圧着端子で、丸端子の外周に円周方向に離して、前記接続部と、前記固定部とを連結してなる請求項4ないし8のいずれかに記載されるバッテリシステム。
- 前記固定部に連結穴を設けて、前記温度センサには前記連結穴に挿入する連結ロッドを設けており、この連結ロッドが前記連結穴に挿入されて、前記温度センサが前記固定部に固定されてなる請求項4に記載されるバッテリシステム。
