Description

Claims (26)
- 長尺部材の壁における1つ以上の開口部、及び、該長尺部材の近位領域から延び、そして前記1つ以上の開口部と流体連絡されているルーメンを有する長尺部材、及び、
バッグ部分及び該バッグ部分の複数の長尺延在部を含む膜部材、ここで、前記バッグ部分は膜を含む、
を含み、
前記バッグ部分の遠位領域は長尺部材の遠位部分に取り付けられており、前記長尺延在部の各々はバッグ部分と一体であり、これにより、前記バッグ部分と前記長尺延在部がユニボディを形成し、そして、各長尺延在部は、1つ以上の開口部のうちの1つの開口部を通してそして長尺部材のルーメンを通して延在し、長尺部材の近位領域でルーメンを出てくるものであり、
前記バッグ部分は多孔性膜を含み、そして
前記長尺部材は中実コアを含み、前記ルーメンは中実コアの外側表面における溝により画定されている、脈管ろ過デバイス。 - 前記複数の長尺延在部及びバッグ部分は単一のシート材料から形成されている、請求項1記載の脈管ろ過デバイス。
- 前記複数の長尺延在部及びバッグ部分はePTFE材料のシートから形成されている、請求項2記載の脈管ろ過デバイス。
- 前記複数の長尺延在部は多孔性膜を含む、請求項1記載の脈管ろ過デバイス。
- 前記複数の長尺延在部は多孔性膜を含まない、請求項1記載の脈管ろ過デバイス。
- 前記長尺部材は複数の長尺延在部の長尺延在部の数と同一の数の開口部を長尺部材の壁に含むことができ、ここで、各長尺延在部は長尺部材の壁において、別々の開口部を通過している、請求項1記載の脈管ろ過デバイス。
- 前記長尺部材は長尺部材の壁に3つの開口部を含み、前記膜部材はバッグ部分の3つの長尺延在部を含む、請求項6記載の脈管ろ過デバイス。
- 前記バッグ部分の複数の長尺延在部はバッグ部分の近位部分から延在している、請求項1記載の脈管ろ過デバイス。
- 前記複数の長尺延在部はバッグ部分の近位部分の周囲に関してほぼ等距離で間隔が開けられている、請求項8記載の脈管ろ過デバイス。
- 複数の長尺延在部に対して近位方向の力を加えると、近位部分の周囲に関して分散力が与えられる、請求項9記載の脈管ろ過デバイス。

- 前記第一のストップ部材はバッグ部分の複数の長尺延在部のうちの少なくとも1つの長尺延在部におけるノットを含む、請求項16記載の脈管ろ過デバイス。
- 前記バッグ部分の複数の長尺延在部のうちの1つの長尺延在部の近位並進移動の量を限定するように操作可能である第二のストップ部材をさらに含む、請求項1記載の脈管ろ過デバイス。

を含み、ここで、前記バッグ部分と前記テザーはユニボディを形成し、前記バッグ部分は多孔性膜を含み、前記バッグ部分の遠位領域は長尺部材の遠位部分に取り付けられており、前記テザーの各々は1つ以上の開口部のうちの1つの開口部を通してそしてルーメンを通して延在し、長尺部材の近位領域でルーメンを出てくるものであり、
前記長尺部材は中実コアを含み、前記ルーメンは中実コアの外側表面における溝により画定されている、脈管ろ過デバイス。
