Description
Claims (7)
- 患者の歯の根管に穿孔するための歯内治療器具であって、該歯内治療器具が、円錐状に尖った形状の端部領域(62)で終わる動作片(61)を備え、前記端部領域が、前記歯内治療器具が根管内を進む際に前記歯内治療器具を案内すると同時に、後の治療つまり歯根の治療のために前記根管を掃除して準備するために有機材料を切削するという二重機能を有する、歯内治療器具において、前記端部領域(62)は、全体的に円錐形であり、壁が平滑で丸まった先端部で終わっている案内部分(63)と称する端部部分を有するとともに、前記案内部分(63)の後部に配置されて少なくとも1つの切削エッジ(65)を有する切削部分(64)と称する切れる部分を有し、切削部分(64)は、前記案内部分(63)と前記動作片(61)との間の中間部であり、
前記動作片(61)の直径と規定する前記歯内治療器具の呼び径は、前記案内部分(63)の底部と前記切削部分(64)との間の接合領域の直径と規定する有効な切削径よりも大きく、
前記切削部分(64)は、横断面図で正方形の4つの頂点に位置している4つの切削エッジ(65)を有することを特徴とする、歯内治療器具。 - 円錐状に尖った形状の前記端部領域(62)は、頂点の角度が10°から60°の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯内治療器具。
- 前記切削部分(64)の前記少なくとも1つの切削エッジ(65)は、前記切削部分(64)の少なくとも一部にわたって、前記歯内治療器具の長手軸に対して10°から60°の範囲内である角度を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯内治療器具。
- 前記切削部分(64)は、前記切削部分(64)の円周に分散している複数の切削エッジ(65)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の歯内治療器具。
- 前記案内部分(63)の頂点の角度は、前記切削エッジ(65)が前記歯内治療器具の中心軸とともに、前記切削エッジの長さの少なくとも一部にわたって形成する角度よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の歯内治療器具。
- 前記案内部分(63)の頂点の角度は、15°から55°の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯内治療器具。
- 前記有効な切削径は、0.10mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯内治療器具。
