Claims (13)
- 誘導電力伝達用のシステムの一次巻線構造(W1、W2、W3)の一次側構成(1)であって、前記一次側構成(1)は、少なくとも3本の位相線を備え、位相線当たり少なくとも1つの巻線構造(W1、W2、W3)を備え、各巻線構造(W1、W2、W3)は少なくとも1つの部分巻線構造(SW1_1、…、SW3_3)を備え、前記巻線構造(W1、W2、W3)は、前記一次側構成(1)の長手軸(x)に沿って延在する、一次側構成において、
前記巻線構造(W1、W2、W3)の対応する部分巻線構造(SW1_1、…、SW3_3)の間のピッチ(P12_1、…、P32_3)が前記長手軸(x)に沿って変化する、および/または前記巻線構造(W1、W2、W3)の前記部分巻線構造(SW1_1、…、SW3_3)の長さ(L_SW1_1、…、L_SW1_3)が前記長手軸(x)に沿って変化することを特徴とする、一次側構成。 - 前記第1巻線構造(W1)および前記第3巻線構造(W3)の対応する部分巻線構造(SW1_1、…、SW3_3)の間のピッチ(P13)が前記第1巻線構造(W1)および前記第2巻線構造(W2)の対応する部分巻線構造(SW1_1、…、SW3_2)の間の前記ピッチ(P12)より短いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の一次側構成。
- 前記巻線構造(W1、W2、W3)の前記部分巻線構造(SW1_1、…、SW3_3)の前記長手軸(x)に沿った長さ(L_SW1_1、…、L_SW1_3)が標準長の5/10〜15/10の範囲内で変化することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の一次側構成。
- 前記第1巻線構造(W1)および前記第2巻線構造(W2)の対応する部分巻線構造(SW1_1、SW1_2)が発生させた磁束の方向が等しくなるように、対応する部分巻線構造(SW1_1、…、SW1_3)が設計および/または配置され、正または負のどちらかの動作電流(I1、I2、I3)が前記対応する部分巻線構造(SW1_1、…、SW1_3)に流れると、前記方向は前記第3巻線構造(W3)の前記対応する部分巻線構造(SW1_3)が発生させた磁束の方向とは逆の向きになることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の一次側構成。
- 前記第1巻線構造(W1)の前記第1部分巻線構造(SW1_1)の少なくとも1つの給電点(T1_1)および前記第2巻線構造(W2)の前記第1部分巻線構造(SW1_2)の少なくとも1つの給電点(T1_2)が前記構成(1)の第1の横方向側部に配置され、前記第3巻線構造(W3)の前記第1部分巻線構造(SW1_3)の少なくとも1つの給電点(T1_3)が前記構成の第2の横方向側部に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の一次側構成。
- 誘導電力伝達用のシステムであって、前記システム(2)は、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の一次巻線構造(W1、W2、W3)の一次側構成(1)と少なくとも1つの二次巻線構造(W20)の二次側構成(3)とを備え、前記二次側構成(3)は少なくとも1つの位相線を備え、位相線当たり1つの二次巻線構造(W20)を備える、システム。
- 複数の一次巻線構造(W1、W2、W3)の一次側構成(1)の製造方法であって、前記一次側構成(1)は少なくとも3つの位相線を備え、位相線当たり少なくとも1つの巻線構造(W1、W2、W3)が設けられ、各巻線構造(W1、W2、W3)は少なくとも1つの部分巻線構造(SW1_1、…、SW3_3)を備え、前記巻線構造(W1、W2、W3)は、前記部分巻線構造(SW1_1、…、SW3_3)が前記一次側構成(1)の長手軸(x)に沿って延在するように配置される、方法において、
前記巻線構造(W1、W2、W3)の対応する部分巻線構造(SW1_1、…、SW3_3)の間のピッチ(P12_1、…、P32_3)および/または前記巻線構造(W1、W2、W3)の前記部分巻線構造(SW1_1、…、SW3_3)の長さ(L_SW1_1、…、L_SW3_3)が前記長手軸(x)に沿って変化することを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記一次側構成(1)に対するさまざまな位置および/または向きにおいて所定の二次巻線構造(W20)により供給される二次側出力電圧の変動が最小化されるように、前記ピッチ(P12_1、…、P32_3)および/または前記長さ(L_SW1_1、…、L_SW3_3)が変化させられることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 電力を車両に誘導的に供給する方法であって、動作電流(I1、I2、I3)が請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の一次側構成(1)の巻線構造(W1、W2、W3)に供給され、第1の動作電流(I1)が第1巻線構造(W1)に供給され、第2の動作電流(I2)が第2巻線構造(W2)に供給され、第3の動作電流(I3)が第3巻線構造(W3)に供給される、方法。
- 標準動作モードにおいて前記第1の動作電流(I1)、前記第2の動作電流(I2)、および前記第3の動作電流(I3)は、3つ全ての動作電流(I1、I2、I3)の間に所定の位相シフトがもたらされるように制御されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 修正動作モードにおいて、前記第1の動作電流(I1)、前記第2の動作電流(I2)、および前記第3の動作電流(I3)は、一組の位相シフト値が最大2つの非ゼロ値を含み、全ての非ゼロ位相シフト値が等しいように、制御されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記動作電流(I1、I2、I3)のうちの1つがゼロに低減されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 残りの動作電流(I1、I2、I3)は、前記非ゼロ位相シフト値が180°の位相角になるように制御されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
