Claims (9)
- 主回路を有する通電部と、
前記主回路から異常電流を検出する検出回路を有する検出部と、
前記主回路と前記検出回路を接離する操作器とを含み、
前記操作器は、
前記主回路と前記検出回路のいずれか一方に接続される第1固定端子を有する第1固定部と、
前記主回路と前記検出回路の他方に接続され、前記第1固定端子に対向する第2固定端子を有する第2固定部と、
前記第1固定部と前記第2固定部との間に平行に配置される回転部、及び前記回転部を貫通し、前記回転部の回転に対応して、前記第1固定端子及び前記第2固定端子に接離するように構成される可動端子を有する可動部とを含む、直流気中遮断器。 - 前記第1固定端子及び前記第2固定端子は、一端部が前記第1固定部又は前記第2固定部に固定され、前記可動部に対向して露出する固定接点部を含む、請求項1に記載の直流気中遮断器。
- 前記可動端子は、
前記第1固定部及び前記第2固定部にそれぞれ対向して配置される単位端子を含み、
前記単位端子は、
前記回転部に固定される連結部と、
前記連結部から延び、前記第1固定部又は前記第2固定部に対向するように凸状に湾曲され、前記固定接点部に接離するように構成される可動接点部とを含む、請求項2に記載の直流気中遮断器。 - 前記可動接点部は、前記連結部から分岐する少なくとも2つのレッグを含む、請求項3に記載の直流気中遮断器。
- 前記可動端子は、
前記回転部を貫通して前記単位端子同士を連結する連結部材をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の直流気中遮断器。 - 前記可動端子が前記第1固定端子及び前記第2固定端子に接触するように前記回転部が回転する方向を一方向とすると、
前記可動接点部は、前記連結部から前記一方向の反対方向である他方向に延び、
前記固定接点部は、前記第1固定端子の挿入部から前記一方向に延びる、請求項3に記載の直流気中遮断器。 - 前記可動部は、
前記回転部の周囲領域に配置されるハンドルと、
前記回転部の中心から前記ハンドルに延びる軸上で前記回転部の中心を介して離隔して配置され、前記回転部の回転に対応して前記回転部と前記第1固定部又は前記第2固定部の少なくとも一方との間で移動する複数のボールとをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の直流気中遮断器。 - 前記第1固定部又は前記第2固定部の少なくとも一方は、
前記回転部の中心と前記ハンドル間で前記ボールのいずれか1つをガイドし、前記回転
部に対向するように凹状に形成される2つの第1凹部及び前記第1凹部間に凸状に湾曲形成される第1凸部を含む第1ボールガイド部と、
前記回転部の中心を介して前記第1ボールガイド部の対向側で前記ボールの他の1つをガイドし、前記回転部に対向するように凹状に形成される2つの第2凹部及び前記第2凹部間に凸状に湾曲形成される第2凸部を含む第2ボールガイド部とを含み、
前記第2凸部の幅の方が前記第1凸部の幅より広い、請求項7に記載の直流気中遮断器。 - 前記第1固定部又は前記第2固定部の少なくとも一方は、前記ハンドルを外部に露出して前記ハンドルの移動領域を提供し、
前記第2凸部の幅が前記移動領域の長さによって定められる、請求項8に記載の直流気中遮断器。
