Description
緩速撹拌槽体52の側壁の上部位置には凝集汚泥流出口57が設けられており、凝集混和装置100の凝集汚泥流出口57に続く後工程には脱水機(図示省略)が配置されて汚泥処理システムを構成している。この脱水機(図示省略)に替えて濃縮機を配置して汚泥処理システムを構成することも可能である。
Claims (11)
- 急速撹拌機の上方に緩速撹拌機を配置し、
急速攪拌機が、汚泥と凝集剤を撹拌するための槽体と、槽体の内部に配置した駆動軸と、駆動軸に装着したせん断型撹拌翼を備える凝集混和装置において、
急速攪拌機の槽体は、その内径が緩速攪拌機の槽体の内径より小さい円筒状をなし、
急速撹拌機の槽体天井部と緩速撹拌機の槽体底部とを急速攪拌機の槽体の内径より小さい開口部で連通し、
せん断型撹拌翼が、駆動軸の軸心廻りに回転するタービンブレードを有し、
タービンブレードは、急速攪拌機の環状の槽体天井部の下方領域に対応する位置に、駆動軸の軸心を中心点とする仮想円に沿って配列し、かつ駆動軸の軸心方向に起ち上がる
ことを特徴とする凝集混和装置。 - タービンブレードは、駆動軸の軸心を中心点とする仮想円の接線方向に沿って配置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の凝集混和装置。
- せん断型撹拌翼は、駆動軸と一体に回転する回転板を有し、回転板の半径方向外周縁にタービンブレードを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の凝集混和装置。
- せん断型撹拌翼はエッジドタービン翼であることを特徴とする請求項3項に記載の凝集混和装置。
- せん断型撹拌翼は、槽体の底部から所定距離だけ隔てた位置に配置し、せん断型撹拌翼と槽体の底部との間にスペースが存在することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の凝集混和装置。
- せん断型撹拌翼は汚泥流入口に対向する位置にあることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の凝集混和装置。
- せん断型撹拌翼に外接する外接円の直径d1と槽体の内径D1との比d1/D1が0.6以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の凝集混和装置。
- 急速攪拌機の槽体に設けた汚泥流入口が急速攪拌機の槽体の内面から内方へ突出してタービンブレードに対向することを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の凝集混和装置。
- 緩速撹拌機は複数段に配置したパドル翼を備え、急速撹拌機側のパドル翼は、パドル翼に外接する外接円の直径d2と槽体の内径D2との比d2/D2が0.6以上であり、次段のパドル翼はパドル翼に外接する外接円の直径d3と槽体の内径D3との比d3/D3が0.8以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の凝集混和装置。
- 請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の凝集混和装置を備え、凝集混和装置の後工程に脱水機を配置したことを特徴とする汚泥処理システム。
- 請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の凝集混和装置を備え、凝集混和装置の後工程に濃縮機を配置したことを特徴とする汚泥処理システム。
