Description
a1) 5〜50質量%のマトリックス繊維、および
a2) 50〜95質量%の少なくとも部分的に熱溶融された結合繊維、または
b1) 50〜80質量%のマトリックス繊維、および
b2) 20〜50質量%の結合剤
を含む湿式不織布を配光部材として使用することによって解決される。
・ マトリックス繊維および任意に結合繊維を含む繊維混合物を水性媒体中で分散させることによって水性繊維分散液を形成する段階、
・ 前記繊維分散液を脱水して、湿った不織布繊維を形成する段階、
・ 前記湿った不織布繊維を乾燥させ、熱により結合し、およびカレンダー処理して、これを固めて且つ密度を調節して湿式不織布にする段階。
本発明による湿式不織布1を、湿式法において、単位面積質量80g/m2で、90質量%のポリエステル・コポリエステルのコア・シェル繊維(1.5dtex/6mm)および10質量%のポリエステルマトリックス繊維(1.1dtex/6mm)から製造する。固化を通気乾燥器内で熱風によって行う。滑らかなカレンダーローラー間でプレスすることにより、厚さを110μmに調節する。
湿式不織布2を、湿式法において、単位面積質量95g/m2で、80質量%のポリオレフィンのコア・シェル繊維(1.1dtex/4mm)および20質量%のポリプロピレンマトリックス繊維(0.8dtex/5mm)から製造する。固化を通気乾燥器内で熱風によって行う。滑らかなカレンダーローラー間でプレスすることにより、厚さを125μmに調節する。
湿式不織布3を、湿式法において、単位面積質量100g/m2で、50質量%のアモルファスポリエステル結合繊維(1.7dtex/12mm)および50質量%のポリエステルマトリックス繊維(0.5dtex/3mm)から製造する。固化を加熱されたカレンダーローラーによって行い、その際、同時に150μmの厚さが生じる。
図3に、本発明による不織布1(V1)および2(V2)の輝度分布を、本発明によらない不織布3(V3)と比較して示す。本発明による不織布1および2が本質的により高い輝度、つまり本発明によらない不織布3よりも約50cd/m2だけ高い輝度を有することが明らかに示される。
Claims (14)
- a1) 5〜50質量%のマトリックス繊維、および
a2) 50〜95質量%の少なくとも部分的に熱溶融された結合繊維
を含む湿式不織布の、配光部材としての使用であって、前記結合繊維が、少なくともいくつかの繊維の交差点で天幕状および/または球面状の領域の形態で溶融されて存在することを特徴とする、前記使用。 - 前記マトリックス繊維が、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリカーボネート、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリオレフィン、ビスコースおよび/またはリヨセルを含有する、且つ/または上記のポリマーまたはそれらの混合物からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記マトリックス繊維が、平均繊度1dtex未満のミクロ繊維を、それぞれ繊維の総質量に対して少なくとも5質量%含有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- 前記結合繊維がコア・シェル繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記結合繊維が、PET・PBTバイコンポーネント繊維、PET・CoPESバイコンポーネント繊維、PEN・PETバイコンポーネント繊維および/またはポリエチレン・ポリプロピレンバイコンポーネント繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記結合繊維の割合が、それぞれ不織布の総質量に対して80〜95質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 不織布内の結合繊維と結合繊維との交差点および/または結合繊維とマトリックスとの交差点の少なくとも40%が、結合繊維が天幕状および/または球面状で溶融されて存在する領域を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記マトリックス繊維および/または結合繊維が、艶消し剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記不織布が、難燃仕上げを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記不織布が、単層の構成を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 単位面積質量および厚さから算出される前記不織布の密度が、少なくとも0.4g/cm3であることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- DIN 50014/ISO 554に準拠する標準雰囲気で、EN ISO 9237に準拠する前記不織布の通気性が、2mbarで10〜600dm3/s*m2であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 少なくとも1つの照明手段と、
a1) 5〜50質量%のマトリックス繊維、および
a2) 50〜95質量%の少なくとも部分的に溶融された結合繊維
を含み、前記結合繊維が、少なくともいくつかの繊維の交差点で天幕状および/または球面状の領域の形態で溶融されて存在する、湿式不織布とを含む光源。 - 前記照明手段が、少なくとも1つの点状光源および/または少なくとも1つの線状光源を有することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の光源。
