Claims (6)
- 軸線に沿って延在した電極棒を前記軸線の回りに回転させつつ前記電極棒の先端部から電解液を流出させて前記電極棒の先端部の範囲において被加工材を電解加工する電解加工装置に適用される加工位置補正装置であって、
前記電極棒に設けられた特徴点の回転位置を検出する位置検出部を備える加工位置補正装置。 - 前記被加工材と共に位置決め固定されて前記電極棒を前記軸線の回りに回転可能に挿通し支持する支持部を含み、前記支持部に前記位置検出部が取り付けられる請求項1に記載の加工位置補正装置。
- 前記支持部は、前記被加工材に前記電極棒を案内する案内部材である請求項2に記載の加工位置補正装置。
- 前記支持部は、前記被加工材に前記電極棒を案内する案内部材に対して着脱可能に設けられ位置決めして固定される請求項2に記載の加工位置補正装置。
- 前記電極棒は、
軸線に沿って延びる筒状をなして可撓性を有する導電性材料からなる電極と、
前記電極の先端面を露出させるように前記電極の外周面に被覆された絶縁層と、
前記電極棒の先端部の周方向位置の一部に設けられて前記電極棒の内側から径方向外側に向かって形成された径方向出口と、
を含み、
前記位置検出部において前記径方向出口を前記特徴点として検出する請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の加工位置補正装置。 - 軸線に沿って延在した電極棒を前記軸線の回りに回転させつつ前記電極棒の先端部から電解液を流出させて前記電極棒の先端部の範囲において被加工材を電解加工する電解加工装置であって、
前記電極棒を前記軸線の回りに回転可能に支持する加工ヘッドと、
前記加工ヘッドにおける前記電極棒の回転位置を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の加工位置補正装置から取得した回転位置を基準として前記加工ヘッドを制御する電解加工装置。
