Claims (11)
- 充填流体で収縮状態から拡張状態へ拡張するように構成されたキャビティを定義するバルーンスペーサと;
前記キャビティ内に配置され、そして流体連結されると共に、前記充填流体の供給源に流体連結するように構成され、前記流体が選択的に、前記キャビティ内に導入され、また、前記キャビティから排出されるのを可能にするように構成されたバルーン充填弁と;を備えるバルーンスペーサ組立体を備え、
前記バルーン充填弁が:
内腔と、近位開口および遠位開口を含む外壁と、を備える中心管であって、前記キャビティが前記中心管の周囲に定義されるように前記バルーンスペーサ組立体の近位部および遠位部に連結された中心管と;
前記中心管の周りに配置され、前記中心管の外面を弾性的に係合するように構成された弁外筒と;
前記近位開口を通して伸長し、先端を備え、前記弁外筒の遠位縁に対する先端の位置に応じて前記バルーン充填弁を選択的に封止および封止解除するように構成された弁ワイヤと;
を備える、インプラント。 - 請求項1に記載のインプラントであって、前記弁ワイヤが前記中心管の前記内腔の内側から前記近位開口を通って、前記弁外筒と前記中心管の前記外面の間に伸長する、インプラント。
- 請求項2に記載のインプラントであって、前記弁ワイヤが、前記弁ワイヤの先端が前記近位開口に対して遠位方向に動く際、前記弁外筒と、前記中心管の前記外面と、の間に開口を形成することにより前記弁を開けるように構成された、インプラント。
- 請求項3に記載のインプラントであって、前記弁が、前記弁外筒が弾性的に変形して前記開口を封止するように前記弁外筒の遠位縁の下で前記弁ワイヤが十分に後退させられた際、閉口するように構成された、インプラント。
- 請求項1に記載のインプラントであって、前記バルーンスペーサ組立体が、前記バルーンスペーサ組立体と前記中心管とに連結する近位端部キャップをさらに備え、前記近位端部キャップは、プッシャーカテーテルの遠位端部と螺着するように構成されたねじ山と少なくとも部分的に螺合する内腔を備える、インプラント。
- 請求項1に記載のインプラントであって、前記バルーンスペーサ組立体が前記バルーン充填弁の遠位端部に連結するラッチ機構をさらに備え、前記ラッチ機構はアンカー組立体の近位部に機械的に係合するように構成された、インプラント。
- 請求項6に記載のインプラントであって、前記ラッチ機構は少なくとも一つのラッチを備え、前記少なくとも一つのラッチは、前記アンカー組立体の前記近位部から印加された力に従って外側に弾性的に変形するように構成された、弾性的に変形可能な係止体を備える、インプラント。
- 請求項7に記載のインプラントであって、前記アンカー組立体の前記近位部は、ラッチプラグを備え、前記ラッチプラグは前記係止体を弾性的に変形させる輪郭領域と、前記輪郭領域の遠位側において隆起と、を備える、インプラント。
- 請求項7に記載のインプラントであって、前記弾性的に変形可能な係止体が:
ラッチプラグの輪郭領域から印加された力に従って弾性的に外側へ変形し;
前記輪郭領域が前記弾性的に変形可能な係止体を通過して近位方向に移動した後、前記ラッチプラグの隆起の後方で機械的に係合およびロックするように構成された、インプラント。 - 請求項7に記載のインプラントであって、前記アンカー組立体の前記近位部が:
複数の輪郭領域および対応する複数の隆起を備えるラッチプラグと;
前記係止体を外側に弾性的に変形させ、前記ラッチプラグが前記ラッチを通って近位方向に移動するのを可能にするように構成された、複数の前記輪郭領域と;
対応する輪郭領域が前記係止体を通過して近位方向に移動した後、前記ラッチプラグの前記隆起各々の後方で機械的に係合しロックされるように構成された前記係止体と;
を備えるインプラント。 - 請求項1に記載のインプラントであって、前記近位開口の少なくとも一部が約15°〜約45°の範囲の角度で先細る、インプラント。
