Claims (11)
- 斜板式圧縮機のリアヘッドに形成された吸入流路(21)上に設けられる吸入脈動低減装置(1)であって、
吸入ポート側に位置して長手方向に一側面が開放された吸入口(110)、外周面の所定領域が中空となって形成された吐出口(120)、および一側端部の縁部が外側に突出した係止部(130)を含むケース(100)と、
前記吸入口(110)から流入される冷媒の吸入圧力によって前記ケース(100)の内部で長手方向に移動し、前記吸入口(110)の開閉面積を調節するコア部(200)と、
前記ケース(100)の内部に挿入され、前記ケース(100)の他側面に載置されて前記コア部(200)を弾性支持する弾性ばね(300)と、を含む前記吸入脈動低減装置(1)において、
前記吸入脈動低減装置(1)は、
前記ケース(100)の内周面の所定領域に内側に突出したコアフック部(140)と、
前記コア部(200)の長手方向に内側に窪んで延びるが、他側端部から所定距離離隔した地点から延びるフック移動溝(210)と、を含み、
冷媒の吸入が行われない時に、前記コアフック部(140)が前記フック移動溝(210)の端部に係止されて支持されることを特徴とする吸入脈動低減装置。 - 前記コア部(200)は、
前記吸入口(110)側に位置する一側端部の所定領域に直径が徐々に減少するように形成されたチャンファ(面取り)部(220)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸入脈動低減装置。 - 前記ケース(100)は、
射出成形法で前記コアフック部(140)が一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸入脈動低減装置。 - 前記コアフック部(140)は、
前記ケース(100)の長手方向に他側端部から所定距離離隔した地点に突出形成され、他側端部から離隔した距離が前記フック移動溝(210)の長さと一致するか又はより短いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸入脈動低減装置。 - 前記吸入脈動低減装置(1)は、
前記ケース(100)の内周面の所定領域に内側に突出して長手方向に一側から他側まで延びたコアガイド(150)と、
前記コアガイド(150)に対応する位置の前記コア部(200)の外周面に長手方向に延びて内側に窪んだガイド移動溝(230)と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸入脈動低減装置。 - 前記コアガイド(150)およびコアフック部(140)は、
少なくとも一つ以上形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の吸入脈動低減装置。 - 前記コアガイド(150)およびコアフック部(140)は、
前記コア部(200)の外周面上でコア部(200)の中心を基準として互いに対応する位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の吸入脈動低減装置。 - 前記係止部(130)は、
前記ケース(100)の一側の端縁に沿って外側に突出し、円周方向に所定間隔離隔して突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸入脈動低減装置。 - 前記吸入脈動低減装置(1)は、
前記ケース(100)の外周面の所定領域に外側に突出し、前記吸入口(110)側に向かって徐々に突出して形成されるボディーフック部(160)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸入脈動低減装置。 - 前記ボディーフック部(160)は、
少なくとも一つ以上形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の吸入脈動低減装置。 - 請求項9又は10に記載の吸入脈動低減装置(1)を含む斜板式圧縮機であって、
前記係止部(130)は、前記吸入流路(21)に突出形成された溝(30)に載置され、
前記ボディーフック部(160)は、前記ケース(100)の前記ボディーフック部(160)に対応する位置の前記溝(30)が内側に窪んだフック結合部(31)に係止固定されることを特徴とする斜板式圧縮機。
