図1、2はその順に、本発明の繊維強化樹脂成形体の製造方法の第一のステップを説明した模式図であり、図3は本発明の繊維強化樹脂成形体の製造方法の第二のステップを説明した模式図であり、図4は図3に続いて、(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)の順に、製造方法の第二のステップを説明した模式図である。
Claims (2)
- 熱可塑性樹脂をマトリックス樹脂とし、導電性の繊維材が含有された繊維強化樹脂成形体前駆体を、電極を兼ねた一対の把持具で把持した状態で、加熱装置を備えた加熱炉内に収容し、前記電極から前記繊維強化樹脂成形体前駆体に通電しながら前記加熱装置を稼働して前記繊維強化樹脂成形体前駆体を軟化させる第一のステップ、
軟化した前記繊維強化樹脂成形体前駆体を前記把持具にて成形型へ搬送し、該成形型にて繊維強化樹脂成形体を成形する第二のステップからなり、
前記加熱装置が前記加熱炉の少なくとも上方位置と下方位置にあり、前記第一のステップでは、上下の該加熱装置の間に前記繊維強化樹脂成形体前駆体が載置され、加熱され、
前記繊維強化樹脂成形体前駆体が平坦なシート状もしくは平坦な板状を呈しており、
上方位置と下方位置にある前記加熱装置が前記加熱炉内で相互に平行に配設されており、
前記第一のステップでは、上下の前記加熱装置に対して平行に前記繊維強化樹脂成形体前駆体が載置され、加熱される、繊維強化樹脂成形体の製造方法。 - 前記第二のステップにおいて、前記繊維強化樹脂成形体前駆体を前記把持具にて前記成形型へ搬送している際にも、前記電極から前記繊維強化樹脂成形体前駆体への通電を継続する、請求項1に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形体の製造方法。
