Claims (11)
- 流体貯蔵兼分注容器と、前記容器に結合され分注条件下で前記容器からの流体の放出を可能にするように構成された流体分注組立体と、を備える流体供給パッケージであって、その表面に情報拡張デバイスを備え、前記流体分注組立体は弁ヘッドを備え、前記弁ヘッドは、信号生成に前記情報拡張デバイスからの情報が必要なロック解除信号によってロック解除されない限りは、前記流体貯蔵兼分注容器からの流体分注を行わないように構成された弁ヘッドインターロック構造を備える、流体供給パッケージ。
- 前記情報拡張デバイスが、クイックリード(QR)コードおよびRFIDタグの少なくとも一方を備える、請求項1に記載の流体供給パッケージ。
- 前記情報拡張デバイスが、アクティブリーダーパッシブタグ(ARPT)、パッシブリーダーアクティブタグ(PRAT)、およびアクティブリーダーアクティブタグ(ARAT)から成る群から選択されたタグをさらに備えるRFIDタグを備える、請求項1に記載の流体供給パッケージ。
- 前記RFIDタグが、前記流体供給パッケージ内の流体の温度を示す出力を提供するのに有効な熱抵抗性のRFIDデバイスを備える、請求項3に記載の流体供給パッケージ。
- 前記容器が、貯蔵条件下で流体を貯蔵された状態に維持するように、および分注条件下で前記流体を解放して前記容器から放出するように適合されている貯蔵媒体を収容している、請求項1に記載の流体供給パッケージ。

- 前記処理ツールが、前記処理ツールの動作を可能にするために前記流体供給パッケージ上の情報拡張デバイスと通信可能に相互作用する少なくとも1つの通信用デバイスを含む、請求項8に記載の処理システム。
- 前記流体供給パッケージ上の情報拡張デバイスとの処理ツール通信用デバイスの通信相互作用が所定の動作通信プロトコルを満足するまで、前記処理ツールが動作可能とならない、請求項8に記載の処理システム。
- 所定の動作通信プロトコルが、前記流体供給パッケージ上の情報拡張デバイス内に収容されている流体供給パッケージ情報からの前記流体供給パッケージの身元の検証を含む、請求項8に記載の処理システム。
