Description
カセット1000は、置換剤付加部位41又は置換剤コネクタをそれぞれ備える。
仮想弁40、51、及び53は、カセット1000が血液を伴って動作される間に、(水又は置換剤等よりも高い密度を有する)血液が、開いた仮想弁に「上向きに」或いは「横向きに」ほとんど侵入できないように配置されるが、これは、血液がより軽い水に比べて下降するからである。このような好適な配置が、仮想弁40、51、及び53を用いて実現される。一方、弁36はそのような要件を伴わず、即ち、そこでは配置は重要ではない。
以下に、本願の出願当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。

硬質部(1)及びフィルム(3)として具現化されたカセット本体を有する血液処理カセット(1000)であって、前記フィルム(3)は、前記硬質部(1)に結合されて、少なくとも部分的に前記硬質部(1)を覆い、
前記硬質部(1)は、弁(288)の少なくとも1つの弁基体(226)を備え、前記弁(288)は、前記弁基体(226)と、前記弁基体(226)の上方に配置された前記フィルム(3)の部分とが互いに接触しない、前記弁(288)の第1の開位置に加えて、前記フィルム(3)の部分に力を加えるときに、第2の閉位置をとるように具現化され、前記第2の位置において、前記弁基体(226)と、その上方に配置された前記フィルム(3)の前記部分とは互いに接触し、
前記弁基体(226)は、長手方向に延びた所に非直線部分を有する、若しくは非直線部分である、血液処理カセット(1000)。

前記弁(288)が、血液処理装置(5000)のアクチュエータ(240、241、242)によって前記弁(288)に加えられた圧力によって、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へと移動可能なように具現化され、その動作のために、前記血液処理カセット(1000)が前記血液処理装置(5000)に、意図されたように又は指定されたように結合される、C1に記載の血液処理カセット(1000)。

前記弁(288)が、フィルム弁又は仮想弁である、C1又は2に記載の血液処理カセット(1000)。

前記弁基体(226)の窪み深さ(T)が、前記フィルム(3)の厚さの1〜3倍に相当する、又は前記弁基体(226)が、前記カセット(1000)の内部に向かって、隣接する流路縁部バー(204)の背後で、前記フィルム(3)の前記厚さの約1〜3倍に再設定される、C1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の血液処理カセット(1000)。

前記弁基体(226)が、凸状又は凹状である、C1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の血液処理カセット(1000)。
[C6]
前記窪み深さ(T)が、増加又は減少する、C1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の血液処理カセット(1000)。
[C7]
アクチュエータセンサプレート(290)を有する、C1〜6のいずれか一項による血液処理カセット(1000)に結合されるように、結合又は提供され、構成又は適合された血液処理装置(5000)であって、前記アクチュエータセンサプレート(290)は、前記弁の前記フィルム(3)の前記部分に力を加えるために、互いに独立して配置された少なくとも2つ、好ましくは3つを超える部分アクチュエータ(242)を有する、少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(240)を備える、血液処理装置(5000)。

前記アクチュエータセンサプレート(290)が、前記血液処理カセット(1000)に面するアクチュエータセンサマット(291)を備え、前記アクチュエータセンサマット(291)が、前記隣接する部分よりも薄く、且つ前記血液処理カセット(1000)の前記弁基体(226)に面する部分(418)を有する、C7に記載の血液処理装置(5000)。

Claims (10)
- 硬質部(1)及びフィルム(3)として具現化されたカセット本体を有する血液処理カセット(1000)であって、前記フィルム(3)は、前記硬質部(1)に結合されて、少なくとも部分的に前記硬質部(1)を覆い、
前記硬質部(1)は、弁(288)の少なくとも1つの弁基体(226)を備え、前記弁(288)は、前記弁基体(226)と、前記弁基体(226)の上方に配置された前記フィルム(3)の部分とが互いに接触しない、前記弁(288)の第1の開位置に加えて、前記フィルム(3)の部分に力を加えるときに、第2の閉位置をとるように具現化され、前記第2の閉位置において、前記弁基体(226)と、その上方に配置された前記フィルム(3)の前記部分とは互いに接触し、
前記弁基体(226)は、長手方向に延びた所に非直線部分を有する、若しくは非直線部分であり、
前記弁基体(226)の窪み深さ(T)が、前記フィルム(3)の厚さの1〜3倍に相当する、又は前記弁基体(226)が、前記カセット(1000)の内部に向かって、隣接する流路縁部バー(204)の背後で、前記フィルム(3)の前記厚さの約1〜3倍に再設定される、血液処理カセット(1000)。 - 前記弁(288)が、血液処理装置(5000)のアクチュエータ(240、241、242)によって前記弁(288)に加えられた圧力によって、前記第1の開位置から前記第2の閉位置へと移動可能なように具現化され、その動作のために、前記血液処理カセット(1000)が前記血液処理装置(5000)に、意図されたように又は指定されたように結合される、請求項1に記載の血液処理カセット(1000)。
- 前記アクチュエータ(240、241、242)が、圧力スタンプ(240)である、請求項2に記載の血液処理カセット(1000)。
- 前記圧力スタンプ(240)が、積層部分アクチュエータ(242)に分割され、屈曲結合部(241)によって、前記圧力スタンプ(240)の基体又はコアに装着される、請求項3に記載の血液処理カセット(1000)。
- 前記弁(288)が、フィルム弁又は仮想弁である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の血液処理カセット(1000)。
- 前記弁基体(226)が、凸状又は凹状である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の血液処理カセット(1000)。
- 前記窪み深さ(T)が、増加又は減少する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の血液処理カセット(1000)。
- アクチュエータセンサプレート(290)を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項による血液処理カセット(1000)に結合されるように、結合又は提供され、構成又は適合された血液処理装置(5000)であって、前記アクチュエータセンサプレート(290)は、前記弁の前記フィルム(3)の前記部分に力を加えるために、互いに独立して配置された少なくとも2つの部分アクチュエータ(242)を有する、少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(240)を備える、血液処理装置(5000)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(240)が、前記弁の前記フィルム(3)の前記部分に力を加えるために、互いに独立して配置された3つを超える部分アクチュエータ(242)を有する、請求項8に記載の血液処理装置(5000)。
- 前記アクチュエータセンサプレート(290)が、前記血液処理カセット(1000)に面するアクチュエータセンサマット(291)を備え、前記アクチュエータセンサマット(291)が、前記隣接する部分よりも薄く、且つ前記血液処理カセット(1000)の前記弁基体(226)に面する部分(418)を有する、請求項8又は9に記載の血液処理装置(5000)。
