Description
Embodiments of the present invention relates to a radiological detector.
A radiation detector such as an X-ray detector includes a scintillator layer for converting radiation into fluorescence, an array substrate having a photoelectric conversion element for converting fluorescence into signal charge, and a signal processing unit having a control circuit and an amplification / conversion circuit Etc. are provided.
In some cases, a reflective layer is further provided on the scintillator layer in order to improve the use efficiency of fluorescence and improve sensitivity characteristics.
Here, the scintillator layer and the reflective layer need to be isolated from the external atmosphere in order to suppress degradation of resolution characteristics due to water vapor or the like. In particular, when the scintillator layer is made of CsI (cesium iodide): Tl (thallium), CsI: Na (sodium), or the like, there is a possibility that degradation of resolution characteristics due to humidity or the like may increase.
Therefore, a metal moisture-proof body that has a hat shape and covers the scintillator layer and the reflective layer has been proposed as a structure that can obtain high moisture-proof performance.
If the scintillator layer and the reflective layer are covered with a hat-shaped moisture-proof body, and the collar portion of the moisture-proof body is bonded to the substrate of the array substrate, high moisture-proof performance can be obtained.
However, the array substrate is made of glass or the like.
Therefore, when the environmental temperature or the like changes in a state where the metal moistureproof body and the glass substrate are bonded, a thermal stress is generated according to the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion of the material.
When the thermal stress is generated, the joined body of the array substrate and the moisture-proof body may be warped. If the joined body of the array substrate and the moisture-proof body is warped, wiring work to the array substrate and mounting work inside the housing may become difficult. Further, if the joined body of the array substrate and the moisture-proof body is warped, the bonded portion between the moisture-proof body and the substrate may be peeled off, and the moisture-proof performance may be significantly lowered.
In this case, the warpage due to thermal stress increases as the array substrate and the moisture-proof body increase.
Therefore, it has been desired to develop a moisture-proof body and a radiation detector that can suppress the occurrence of warpage due to thermal stress.
An object of the present invention is to provide is to provide a ray detector release it is possible to suppress the occurrence of warpage due to thermal stress.

A scintillator layer that converts to fluorescence and a moisture-proof body, and the moisture-proof body has a rectangular surface portion and a cylindrical shape, and one end portion is provided on the periphery of the surface portion. And have. The direction in which the long side of the surface portion extends intersects the rolling direction of the material on the surface portion.

Moreover, if it is the hat-shaped moisture-
If the moisture-
Therefore, if the moisture-
Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the planar shape of the moisture-
Therefore, the moisture-
In general, when the external force is constant, the deflection (warpage) increases as the length increases. Therefore, assuming that the thermal stress is constant, the warpage of the moisture-
Therefore, if the warpage on the
In order to reduce the warpage of the moisture-
In this case, if the rigidity is reduced, the thermal stress can be relieved because it becomes easier to extend with respect to the external force.

For example, when an aluminum alloy or the like is rolled, there is a difference in rigidity between a direction parallel to the rolling direction and a direction intersecting the rolling direction due to the elongation of the material. Therefore, if the rigidity anisotropy is utilized, the rigidity of the

If the rigidity on the
In this case, the rigidity of the
For example, as shown in FIG. 2, if the direction in which the long side of the
