Abstract
Description
本実施形態において、台座302の係止部304が配設される側面には、軸部321及び軸部より径が大きい頭部322からなる固定ピン320が水平方向に少なくとも2以上設けられる。また、係止部304には、固定ピン320を受け入れるための固定溝323が固定ピン320に対応するように水平方向に少なくとも2以上設けられる。固定溝は、係止部304の下端に開放した垂直部324と、垂直部324に連続して形成された2本の水平部325とからなる逆F字状の溝であり、垂直部324、水平部325の幅はいずれも固定ピン320の軸部321の径より大きく、頭部322の径より小さい。本実施形態では2本の水平部325に対応して、固定ピン320が垂直方向にも2本設けられている。
以下、本発明の実施例を表1、比較例を表2に示す。下記の表1、表2において、パラメータ1の「直角度」は図2における勾配角度γ1、勾配角度γ2に相当し、パラメータ2の「端面強度」は、4点曲げ試験による、図3、図4の端面の強度に相当し、パラメータ3の「端面の凹凸」は図4の最大高さΔzに相当し、パラメータ4の「端面の角度」は図3(c)における傾き角度θ1、傾き角度θ2に相当する。

Claims (2)
- 4辺を有する平面視で矩形状のディスプレイ用ガラスであって、
4辺の各々が、交わる他の辺に対して90度の方向に対し、+0.3度〜−0.3度の範囲内で交わり、
4辺の各々における端面の端面強度が100MPa以上であり、
前記端面の表面における最高点と最低点の距離である最大高さが100μm以内であり、
少なくとも1辺の長さが2500mm以上であり、5000mm以下である、
ディスプレイ用ガラス。但し、厚さが300μm以下であるディスプレイ用ガラスは除く。 - 前記端面が、平面視における第1の主面及び第2の主面に対して90度の方向に対し+5度〜−5度の範囲内で交わる請求項1に記載のディスプレイ用ガラス。
