Description
The present invention relates to a mattress used for a gatch bed or the like, which can be customized to have appropriate characteristics according to the condition of a patient lying on the mattress, and a method of using the same.
A mattress is placed on a frame of a bed such as a gatch bed and a fixed bed, and a bed user such as a patient lies on the mattress. In this case, the mattress emphasizes dispersibility of body pressure, emphasizes ease of movement such as turning over, emphasizes comfort (sleeping comfort), resists the user's body, emphasizes prevention of pressure ulcers Various products are prepared according to the functions required, such as those that are easily bent when the back up and back down operations of the Gatch bed are performed. The bed user selects and uses an appropriate product according to the function he needs.
However, as described above, mattresses are different products depending on their functions, and it is necessary to prepare various mattress products having different functions in facilities that accommodate patients such as hospitals and nursing care facilities. For this reason, in order to purchase such a mattress product, it is necessary to bear a large amount of equipment cost in facilities such as hospitals and nursing care facilities, and such a cost can be borne in facilities with insufficient funds. However, there is a problem that a necessary and sufficient mattress cannot be provided for treatment and care.
In addition, whenever a mattress product having a new function is released, it is necessary to purchase and install a new mattress, and in this respect as well, an increase in equipment cost is a problem.
Furthermore, depending on the condition of the patient, the necessary functions vary from day to day or from time to time, but in the case of home care, it is necessary to prepare various mattresses with different functions, such as cost, storage space, etc. Because of the problem, it can not be reached at all.
As a conventionally proposed mattress for a bed,
Further,
Furthermore, in
Furthermore, in
Furthermore,
Furthermore, in Patent Document 6, as a mattress for a gatch-type bed, a first layered member and a second layered member are laminated with a sliding sheet interposed therebetween, and these interior bodies are arranged. Has been disclosed that is encapsulated and integrated with an exterior body. This mattress is easy to bend when the back-up operation is performed in a gatch bed, while the first layered member and the second layered member slide relative to each other by the slippery sheet, and the exterior body expands and contracts. .
However, the mattresses disclosed in
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and can provide functions necessary specifically for a bed user such as a patient at a low cost, and an optimal mattress according to each bed user. It is an object to provide a platform mattress that can be easily customized and a method of using the same.

In this platform mattress, for example,
The central lower layer portion corresponding to the central upper layer portion and the back portion is made of a material having a hardness of 50 to 130 N (40% compression), and the central lower layer portion corresponding to the heel portion and the foot portion has a hardness. Further, the upper layer mattress member has a function required according to the specific characteristics of the bed user, and the lower layer mattress member can be configured to be commonly used for all patients. .
In a further, the use of the platform of the mattress according to the present invention,
When the bed user is changed or when the state of the bed user changes, an upper layer mattress member having an appropriate function is selected according to the current state of the bed user, and the lower layer mattress member The upper layer mattress member having an appropriate function is overlapped with the cover and used as a mattress.
In the present invention, the lower mattress member has a function necessary as a mattress on a bed, and has a necessary function in common for bed users such as various patients, and has a minimum sleeping comfort. However, it functions as a mattress on which the patient lies. Further, a function to be added or increased to the lower mattress member according to the characteristics of the bed user such as a patient, that is, a function that is inherently necessary for each bed user and is insufficient for the lower mattress member. Has an upper mattress member. Then, the lower mattress member and the upper mattress member are stored in the cover and integrated to be used as a mattress. This will result in different patients using the bed, and if the specific function required for that patient is different from the previous patient, or if the patient's condition has changed over time, the required function has changed. In this case, by changing only the upper mattress member to an appropriate one, a function corresponding to the characteristics specific to the bed user can be added or selected. Therefore, a mattress having an optimal function for the bed user can be obtained easily and at low cost, and the cost for this customization can be significantly reduced.
Hereinafter, a platform mattress according to an embodiment of the present invention and a method of using the same will be described. FIG. 1A and FIG. 2A are views showing a
As shown in FIG. 1B and FIG. 2B, the upper
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the
FIG. 1C and FIG. 2C show another upper
Note that the lower
In the present embodiment configured as described above, as shown in FIGS. 1B and 2B, the
In the
Further, in the
Thus, when the bed user (patient) lies down on the bed, the waist (buttock) has the
Thus, in the case of the mattress in which the lower
On the other hand, when the
Further, in the case of the
As described above, an upper layer mattress member having a necessary function is selected according to the specific characteristics of the bed user, and this is combined with a single lower
In the present invention, since the mattress characteristics can be easily customized at a low cost and optimal for the bed user, the mattress characteristics of the hospital and nursing care bed and the home care bed can be easily optimized.
