Description
The present invention relates to a mattress with an improved effect of preventing symptoms called pressure ulcers or bedsores that may occur in a bedridden caregiver, and particularly exhibits a hammock effect even in a semi-sitting posture by so-called back-up. It relates to a mattress with improved care and medical aptitude.
So-called bedridden elderly people and care recipients may develop floor rubbing, etc. due to continued constant posture on the bed for a long time. . Of course, if such care is given to the cared person such as a sufficient change of position or wiping of the body, the occurrence of bedsores called pressure sores can be prevented at a considerable rate, but the current public There is a limit to seeking ideal human care in the current state of care at home or at home.
Several proposals have been made in order to prevent the occurrence of bedsores on the brace from the current situation. Many of these eyes are concentrated in the areas where bedsores occur frequently, for example, in the sacral region, and so on. Development from the viewpoint of ensuring air permeability from the viewpoint of being extremely affected is being carried out.
By the way, the present inventor, while estimating the cause of the occurrence of bedsores, has found that not only the air permeability but also the improvement in the direction of eliminating the pressure concentration on the site where the bedsore frequently occurs is extremely effective. Obtained. From this point of view, in the case of foamed polyurethane, etc., which is generally used as a mat material for bedding, the hardness of the hard polyurethane tends to concentrate partly, causing the occurrence of bed slip On the other hand, if soft, there is an effect of pressure dispersion, and although concentration of pressure on the sacral region can be eliminated, the position of the cared person sinks and bends, causing other disorders All of them had a contradictory technical imperfection.
In view of such a background, the present inventor has further developed a technique (
These inventions have a basic configuration in which a sheet material made of a silicone gel material is disposed between a plurality of rectangular foam mat materials stacked in the vertical direction. And by the hammock effect that holds around the cared person's body around the sheet material, when the cared person takes a supine posture, the body does not sink partially and maintains a suitable posture. In addition, it is possible to realize a situation in which excessive pressure concentration that induces bed slippage does not occur also in the sacral region that is a frequent occurrence site of bed slippage, and the technical imperfection that contradicts the above is It has been resolved.
By the way, caregivers such as bedridden elderly people and therapists may take a so-called half-sitting posture that raises the upper body during meals and medical procedures, and this posture cannot be taken by themselves. In the case of a caregiver, an electric bed with a rising function (also referred to as a back-up function) is used, and a half-sitting position is taken by standing up at a desired angle so that the head half of the mat is bent. Yes.
In this semi-sitting position, the cared person's load is concentrated near the sciatic area (sacral region, etc.), but when the mat is folded, the cared person on the sheet material as shown in FIG. The load component also acts in the width direction of the sheet material. However, in the existing sheet material, since the elongation in the width direction is very small, as a result, the hammock effect is not effectively obtained in the semi-sitting position.
Of course, if the cared person takes a semi-sitting posture for a short time, the physical burden on the cared person is small, but rehabilitation on the bed for recovery, etc. At times, a semi-sitting posture is taken for a relatively long time, resulting in a physical load on the cared person.
The present invention was made in consideration of such a background, and even when the cared person takes a supine posture such as supine, the body does not sink partially (particularly the lower back), In addition, it has a function that does not cause excessive pressure concentration in the sacral region, which is a frequent occurrence site of bedsores, and is also capable of exerting the same effect in a semi-sitting position as well as a new nursing care / medical aptitude This is an attempt to develop a mattress with improved performance.

Furthermore, the

Further, as shown in FIGS. 8B to 8E, the
Hereinafter, the operation principle will be described based on the basic form shown in FIGS.

That is, the
[Half sitting position]
Next, the behavior of the
In such a semi-sitting position, as shown in FIG. 1, the

On the other hand, the load of the user P acts on the lower side in the vertical direction in the cross-sectional view of the
