【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、健常者には、より快適な敷物装置を提供すると共にかかる健常者から、床ずれ予防、治療を要する患者に至るまで使用者に合わせて反発性を調整して、単独で使うことは勿論、既存の寝具と組み合わせて使うことができるようにした、敷物装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
高齢化社会に突入した現在、寝たきり等の入院患者数の増加と共に、褥瘡(じょくそう:床ずれ)発生の危険の高い患者が増加している。
以前、本出願人は、褥瘡対策を施したマットレスとして例えば特開平11−137613号を提案している。この場合のマットレスでは、二層構造としており、通常使用対応の、比較的硬質素材で構成した第1マットレス(図示省略)と、床ずれ対策を施した例えば軟質な低反発ウレタンを用いた第2マットレス(図示省略)とを積層すると共に、これら第1マットレスと第2マットレスとを、表地に一体収容する構成としている。
前記マットレスによれば、床ずれ予防、治療を要する患者のみならず、健常者用のマットレスとしても使うことができるものとなっている。
また最近、本出願人は、ベッド上に限らず、和室に敷いた布団での使用も可能とした敷物を提案している。
かかる敷物によれば、病院内に限らず、在宅においても、より褥瘡の発生予防に効果を発揮するものであるので、高齢化社会に呼応した有効な褥瘡対策であるといえる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、上記敷物は、床ずれ予防、治療を要する患者用としてのものであるので、広く健常者から患者、老人が使えるような敷物は未だ見受けられない。そのためには、使用者個々の好み、あるいは傷病状況に応じるには、前記敷物の固さの調整がきくようにすることで達成可能であると考えられる。
本発明はこのような背景から提案されたものであって、健常者には、より快適な敷物装置を提供すると共にかかる健常者から、床ずれ予防、治療を要する患者に至るまで使用者に合わせて反発性を調整して、単独で使うことは勿論、既存の寝具と組み合わせて使うことができ、褥瘡対策にも呼応した、敷物装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記した課題を解決するために、本発明では、請求項1において、軟質性素材を用いた複数の分割片を備え、これら複数の分割片を並べて人体が仰臥可能な寸法として、表地によって一体的に収容してなり、前記複数の分割片は、互いに隣り合う分割片との対向面を傾斜面として、これら傾斜面が重なり合う構成とすると共に、それぞれ異なる反発性の軟質性素材で構成したものを有し、前記異なる反発性の分割片をそれぞれ選択的に前記表地内に収容して、使用者の身体状況や嗜好に応じた反発性に調整可能とした敷物装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項2において、軟質性素材を用いた複数の分割片を備え、これら複数の分割片を並べて人体が仰臥可能な寸法として、表地によって一体的に収容してなり、前記複数の分割片は、互いに隣り合う分割片との対向面を傾斜面として、これら傾斜面が重なり合う構成とすると共に、前記分割片は、同様の反発性を有する軟質性素材で構成したもの、および機械的加工を施して反発性を相違させた複数のものとを有し、前記分割片をそれぞれ選択的に前記表地内に収容して、使用者の身体状況や嗜好に応じた反発性に調整可能とした敷物装置を提案する。

また本発明では、請求項6において、軟質性素材を用いた複数の分割片を備え、これら複数の分割片を並べて人体が仰臥可能な寸法として、表地によって一体的に収容してなり、前記複数の分割片は、互いに隣り合う分割片との対向面を傾斜面として、これら傾斜面が重なり合う構成とすると共に、前記分割片は、同様の反発性を有する軟質性素材で構成したもの、および機械的加工を施して反発性を相違させた複数のものとを有し、前記分割片をそれぞれ選択的に前記表地内に収容して構成した敷物を、ベッド上のマットレス上に載置して、前記敷物とマットレスとをカバー部材により被覆する敷物装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項7において、軟質性素材を用いた複数の分割片を備え、これら複数の分割片を並べて人体が仰臥可能な寸法として、表地によって一体的に収容してなり、前記複数の分割片は、互いに隣り合う分割片との対向面を傾斜面として、これら傾斜面が重なり合う構成とすると共に、前記分割片は、同様の反発性を有する軟質性素材で構成したもの、および機械的加工を施して反発性を相違させた複数のものとを有し、前記分割片をそれぞれ選択的に前記表地内に収容して構成した敷物を、布団上に載置して、前記敷物と布団とをカバー部材により被覆する敷物装置を提案する。

また本発明では、請求項9において、前記複数の分割片のうち、両端側に位置する以外の分割片の双方の傾斜面を、互いに逆傾斜角度に形成するようにした敷物装置を提案する。
さらに本発明では、請求項10において、前記表地は、伸縮性を兼ね備えた防水性の布部材で構成した敷物装置を提案する。

【発明の実施の態様】
以下、本発明にかかる敷物装置につき、一つの実施の態様を示し、添付の図面に基づいて説明する。
図1に敷物1を示す。この敷物1は、軟質性素材を用いた複数の分割片2a,2b,2c,2d,2eで構成して、これら複数の分割片2a〜2eを人体が仰臥可能な長さ寸法、幅寸法の袋状表地3内に一体収容して構成している。

前記分割片2a〜2eは、略台形状に形成され、分割片2aには傾斜面SLa、分割片2bには傾斜面SLb1、SLb2、分割片2cには傾斜面SLc1、SLc2、分割片2dには傾斜面SLd1、SLd2、分割片2eには傾斜面SLeがそれぞれ形成されている。
そして、分割片2aの傾斜面SLaと分割片2bの傾斜面SLb1とを対向させ、分割片2bの傾斜面SLb2と分割片2cの傾斜面SLc1とを対向させ、分割片2cの傾斜面SLc2と分割片2dの傾斜面SLd1とを対向させ、分割片2dの傾斜面SLd2と分割片2eの傾斜面SLeとを対向させ、頭側の分割片2aから足側の分割片2eまで、前記傾斜面SLa〜SLeが互いに重なり合うように配列している。これら傾斜面SLa〜SLeの傾斜角度は、図2に示すように、分割片2aの傾斜面SLaと分割片2bの傾斜面SLb1とは、右下がり略45°傾斜させ、分割片2bの傾斜面SLb2と分割片2cの傾斜面SLc1とは、右上がり略45°傾斜させ、分割片2cの傾斜面SLc2と分割片2dの傾斜面SLd1とは右下がり略45°、さらに分割片2dの傾斜面SLd2と分割片2eの傾斜面SLeとは右上がり略45°というように、交互に逆に傾斜させている。

そして前記分割片2a〜2eは、それぞれ異なる反発性の軟質性素材で構成したものを備えており、それぞれ選択的に前記表地3内に収容して、敷物1として全体的、または要部の反発性を調整可能としている。
軟質性素材としては、例えば厚さ30mm〜70mm、見掛け密度が10kg/m〜100kg/m、圧縮硬さが10N〜400Nのウレタンフォーム材を用いることができ、かかる範囲内の軟質性素材を用いて、反発性の異なった分割片として構成している。また軟質性素材としては、フォームラバーも可能である。なお、かかる敷物1は、勿論、5つの分割片2a〜2eに限らず、3つ、あるいは6つ以上に多分割された分割片(図示省略)で構成することもできる。

また前記表地3には、伸縮性のある布部材を用いている。また、伸縮性と共に撥水性、または防水性を有する布地を用いることもできる。かかる表地3は長手方向側面側にファスナ(図示省略)を設けて、前記分割片2a〜2eを表地3内に出し入れ交換容易に一体収容するようにしている。

以上のような敷物1によれば、使用者の身体状況や嗜好に応じて反発性の異なる分割片2a〜2eを表地3内に適宜入れ替えて、その使用者に対応した反発性に調整することができる。
その際、分割片2a〜2eは、互いに対向する傾斜面SLa〜SLeが交互に逆に略45°傾斜させ、表地3内に納めた際、前記傾斜面SLa〜SLeを介して接触しているので、ずれにくく安定性がある。
前記分割片2a〜2eには、例えば厚さ30mm〜70mm、見掛け密度が10kg/m〜100kg/m、圧縮硬さが10N〜400Nの範囲のウレタンフォーム材を用いて、反発性を相違させているので、健常者は勿論、床ずれ対策を要する患者まで対応させることができる。特に床ずれ対策を要する患者が使用する場合、体圧のかかる肩甲骨周辺や、仙骨周辺に対応する分割片2b,2cは、その使用者に応じて、他の箇所に比較して体圧分散性の効果の高い反発性のものを選択するようにする。

また、前記敷物1の詰め物としての分割片2a〜2eは単層であるので扱いやすく、ベッドBのマットレスM上に載置して、前記敷物1とマットレスMとをカバー部材4により被覆して使用することができる(図3参照)。その際、分割片2a〜2eは、表地3内に納めた際、互いに傾斜面SLa〜SLeを介して接触しているので、ずれにくく安定性がある。この場合も分割片2a〜2eを表地3内に適宜入れ替えて、健常者は勿論、床ずれ対策を要する患者に対応した反発性に調整することができる。
これにより、ベッドB上において使用者にあった好適な体圧分散がもたらされ、寝姿勢の保持が図られる。

また、前記敷物1と通常の布団5とをカバー部材4により被覆すれば、和室における布団5をその使用者の好みに応じた固さとすることができる(図4参照)。なお、分割片2a〜2eは、表地3内に納めた際、互いに傾斜面SLa〜SLeを介して接触しているので、ずれにくく安定性があり、使用者にあった好適な体圧分散がもたらされ、快適な寝心地を得ることができる。

さらに、その敷物1に比較して硬質の素材で構成した下層部材6と、敷物1に比較して薄手且つ軟質の素材で構成した上層部材7との間に介在して、これら上層部材7と敷物1と下層部材6とをカバー部材4により被覆して使用することもできる(図5参照)。
その際、使用者が上層部材7に乗っても、下層部材6によって衝撃が吸収され、互いに傾斜面SLa〜SLeを介して接触している分割片2a〜2eで構成した、ずれにくく安定性のある前記敷物1によって体圧が好適に分散され、寝姿勢保持が図られる。

なお、表地3には、伸縮性を有する布地を用いることにより、分割片2a〜2eを弛みなく保持することができ、伸縮性と共に、撥水性、または防水性を有する布地を用いれば、表地3内に収容した前記分割片2a〜2eに、外部からの水分、汚れ等が侵入するのを遮断して、感染予防に寄与することができ、且つ清拭等、清掃も容易である。

また本発明にかかる敷物1では、分割片2a〜2eには、同様な反発性の軟質性素材で構成したものと、機械的加工を施して反発性を相違させた構成のものとを備え、それぞれ選択的に前記表地3内に交換収容して、敷物1として全体的、または要部の反発性を調整可能とすることもできる(図示省略)。
この場合、機械的加工としては、例えばプロファイル加工、プレス打ち抜き、くり抜き、熱プレス加工等を挙げることができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、
(1)使用者に応じて反発性の異なる分割片を適宜入れ替えて、その使用者に対応した反発性に調整することができ、健常者から床ずれ対策を要する患者まで対応させることができる。なお、前記分割片は、表地内に納めた際、互いに傾斜面を介して接触しているので、ずれにくく安定性がある。
(2)軟質性素材に適宜機械的加工を施すことで反発性を相違させた分割片を、適宜入れ替えることで、使用者に対応した反発性に調整することができ、いっそう効果的な体圧分散、および寝姿勢の保持が図られる。
(3)使用者に応じて反発性の異なる分割片を適宜入れ替えて、その使用者に対応した反発性に調整することができ、ベッドのマットレス上に載置して、前記敷物とマットレスとをカバー部材により被覆して使用することができる。その際、分割片は、表地内に納めた際、互いに傾斜面を介して接触しているので、ずれにくく安定性があり、ベッド上において使用者にあった好適な体圧分散がもたらされ、寝姿勢の保持が図られる。
(4)敷物をその使用者に対応した反発性に調整可能であるので、前記敷物と通常の布団とをカバー部材により被覆すれば、和室における布団をその使用者の好みに応じた固さとすることができる。
