本発明は、健常者には、より快適な敷物装置を提供すると共にかかる健常者から、床ずれ予防、治療を要する患者に至るまで使用者に合わせて反発性を調整することのできる、敷物装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
高齢化社会に突入した現在、寝たきり等の入院患者数の増加と共に、褥瘡(じょくそう:床ずれ)発生の危険の高い患者が増加している。
以前、本出願人は、褥瘡対策を施したマットレスとして例えば特開平11−137613号を提案している。この場合のマットレスでは、二層構造としており、通常使用対応の、比較的硬質素材で構成した第1マットレス(図示省略)と、床ずれ対策を施した例えば軟質な低反発ウレタンを用いた第2マットレス(図示省略)とを積層すると共に、これら第1マットレスと第2マットレスとを、表地に一体収容する構成としている。
前記マットレスによれば、床ずれ予防、治療を要する患者のみならず、健常者用のマットレスとしても使うことができるものとなっている。
また最近、本出願人は、ベッド上に限らず、和室に敷いた布団での使用も可能とした敷物を提案している。
かかる敷物によれば、病院内に限らず、在宅においても、より褥瘡の発生予防に効果を発揮するものであるので、高齢化社会に呼応した有効な褥瘡対策であるといえる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、上記敷物は、床ずれ予防、治療を要する患者用としてのものであるので、広く健常者から患者、老人が使えるような敷物は未だ見受けられない。そのためには、使用者個々の好み、あるいは傷病状況に応じるには、前記敷物の固さの調整がきくようにすることで達成可能であると考えられる。
本発明はこのような背景から提案されたものであって、健常者には、より快適な敷物装置を提供すると共にかかる健常者から、床ずれ予防、治療を要する患者に至るまで使用者に合わせて反発性を調整することのできる、敷物装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記した課題を解決するために、本発明では、請求項1において、下層と中間層と上層とで構成し、前記下層は衝撃緩和用素材で構成し、前記中間層は、寝姿勢保持と体圧分散性をもたらすための固さを有する素材で構成し、前記上層は厚さが前記下層および中間層に比較して薄く、且つ低反発性の素材で構成して、これら下層と中間層と上層とを表地で被覆する構成とした敷物装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項2において、前記中間層は、複数の分割片で構成し、これら分割片は、それぞれ異なる反発性の素材で構成したものを有して、それぞれ選択的に交換して中間層として構成可能とした敷物装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項3において、前記中間層は、複数の分割片で構成し、これら分割片は、同様の反発性を有する素材で構成したもの、および機械的加工を施して反発性を相違させたものとを有し、それぞれ選択的に交換して中間層として構成可能とした敷物装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項4において、前記中間層における、肩甲骨周辺や、仙骨周辺に対応する箇所に、反発性を相違させるための機械的加工を施した敷物装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項5において、前記下層と中間層と上層とを、互いに接着するようにした敷物装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項6において、前記下層と中間層と上層とを、外枠体により一体的に外周部を取り囲んで保持するようにした敷物装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項7において、前記表地の内側に、前記下層、中間層、上層をそれぞれ個々に装入して保持するための収容室を設けた敷物装置を提案する。

【発明の実施の態様】
以下、本発明にかかる敷物装置につき、一つの実施の態様を示し、添付の図面に基づいて説明する。
図1に敷物装置1を示す。この敷物装置1は、載置台2上に載置するようにした、下層3と中間層4と上層5とで構成し、これら下層3と中間層4と上層5とを表地6で被覆する構成としている。

前記載置台2は、通常のベッド本体に相当するもので、ベッドフレームと同等の寸法を有し、四隅に配置した支持脚7を有している。これら支持脚7は、前記載置台2を床面から例えば前記敷物装置1の厚さと同等の寸法程度に保持するようにしている。

前記下層3は前記載置台2全体に乗せる寸法を有し、衝撃緩和を目的として、身体の支持、衝撃の緩和といった柔軟さと底突きしない適度な剛性を併せ持つ例えばポリエステル繊維で構成している。なお、かかる下層3には、ポリエステル他、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン繊維やこれらの複合繊維によって構成することもできる。

前記中間層4は、例えば5つの短冊状の分割片4a,4b,4c,4d,4eによって構成しており、これら分割片4a〜4eは、様々な反発性の素材で構成したものを備えており、使用者に対応して、入れ替えて局所的に異なる体圧に対応して固さを調整し、寝姿勢保持と体圧分散性をもたらすようにしている。
分割片4a〜4eの素材としては、例えば厚さ30mm〜70mm、見掛け密度が10kg/m3〜100kg/m3、圧縮硬さが10N〜400Nのウレタンフォーム材を用いることができる。また素材としては、フォームラバーも可能である。
なお、かかる中間層4は、勿論、5つの分割片4a〜4eに限らず、3つ、あるいは6つ以上に多分割された分割片(図示省略)で構成することもできる。また、前記分割片4a〜4eを同様の反発性の素材で構成して、適宜機械的加工(例えばプロファイル加工、プレス打ち抜き、くり抜き、熱プレス加工等)を施して、反発性を相違させるようにすることもできる。

前記上層5は、前記下層3,および中間層4に比較して厚さが薄く、反発性も最も低い素材(例えばウレタンフォーム材)で構成している。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、

(3)中間層を、同様の反発性を有する素材で構成した分割片と、機械的加工を施して反発性を相違させた分割片とを、選択的に交換して中間層として構成し、健常者から床ずれ対策を要する患者まで使用者に対応した、反発性を調整することができる。
(4)中間層において、肩甲骨周辺や、仙骨周辺に対応する箇所の反発性を緩和し、人体の肩甲骨周辺や、仙骨周辺からの体圧を受け止め、体圧を好適に分散することができる。
(5)下層と中間層と上層とを、互いに接着して表地で覆ったことで、一体感あるマットレスとして使用することができ、取扱い性が向上する。
(6)下層と中間層と上層とを、外枠体により一体的に外周部を取り囲んで保持して、表地で覆う構成としたことにより、取扱い性が向上する。
